Hey great video. Question: you say in the vid that you did this to a Passat v6 motor and all the listings for this part I have found are for tdi diesel motors. I have a 2016 CC with a 2L tsi gasoline motor. Should this part work the same?

Don't put the vise grips on the rubber it can damage it, put a bit of cardboard under if you have to! You can buy brake hose clamps.

I did the GFB DV+ upgraded diverter valve recently myself, a very challenging install. New battery definitely needs registering with any good scan tool or BMW phone app that has OBD adapter. For subframe inserts & suspension parts I let my shop install em. 99% of time spent working on it is to install upgrades. It's been reliable otherwise, nice when it done & can enjoy such a car. you've put in the work

I had the same issue with the time not staying in my old 2008 E92. The battery has to be registered to the car. I got a garage to do it at the same time as replacing the old battery so I'm not 100% sure what that involves but that solved my time issue. It was so annoying haha.
