Most realistic predictions I've seen about AFC South teams. Consider the fact that the Texans are playing a first place schedule and are no longer the hunter but the hunted this season. Also, teams have a lot more tape on CJ this year. I feel like this division could be up for grabs at the end of the season. Jags might start the year not looking great because the beginning of the schedule is pretty brutal but they should be able to make a run in December barring catastrophic injury. I’m an Oregon State alum, and this whole process has been a nightmare. Right as we become good and are ready to compete for a CFP position, our program is effectively killed by some greedy old men who’ve never even stepped foot on campus. I do resent the notion you guys mentioned that OSU isn’t watchable though. If the conference bothered to showcase us AT ALL, we’d put up similar viewing numbers to the other schools. We played 2 games on ESPN this past season, against Washington and Oregon. Both games were in the top 5 most viewed games of the year for the conference. Yet, most of our games were relegated to the PAC-12 Network, even our undefeated matchup against USC. There’s a real feeling out here that the people in charge are doing everything they can to make schools like ours fail in order to prop up the traditional blue bloods. Frankly, it’s disgusting and it will destroy CFB if it continues. I can’t imagine fans of smaller schools are going to drop their teams for blue bloods when the SEC/B1G split off from the NCAA in a few years.
