Afro textured hair is type 4 hair, according to hairstylist Andre Walker. He came up with a classification system and named mine and yours the last category in his chart. Type 4 is further divided into three, Types 4A, B and C. 4A hair has loose curls , 4B hair is coiled and has Z shaped ends and 4C is tightly coiled. That’s less important though, just learn your hair and do what she likes. ❤️
