Hi there. I have - yes. My skin is prone to redness which was definitely reduced and the texture is smoother for sure. AA can improve pigmentation as well but needs a bit longer use - 2 -3 months. For me that's a very underestimated ingredient that is a staple in my routine. I'll suggest you start gradually introducing it as I personally found some products feel itchy depending on the formula. With that being said - these side effects were from other brands (like Facetheory) but not with this particular Nineless serum

I'll say the Treatment and Ampoule are great for repair care and the shampoo and conditioner are not bad but kind of OKAY 😁

@@nasrphoenix4786 for side effects - not relly any issues there. Like every treatment if you use too much or too close to the hair roots - you can end up with more flat look but that's pretty standart. My hair is natural so I use the treatment 1 a month but if yours is treated you might go for twice.

@@nasrphoenix4786 my hair is wavy so I think you won't have any issues. Silk, Tsubaki (Camelia seed) oil, Coconut, Argan and Proteins and Amino acids are all ingredients worth trying for healthy hair. It's worth investing in haircare containing those ☺

My pleasure 🙂I have finished 1 ampoule, the toner and the shampoo and was very pleased. My hair is dense but I have a lot of baby hairs that simply didn't grow. For me especially the Ampoule works very well

Although mini me keeps using stuff she shouldn’t (little retinol won’t hurt, right😂) so I now have to keep half my actives in my bedroom so I’m running all around the house to do my routine

Hi, there. I agree - it's not info easy to find. You can have a look at the Amazon US shop of the brand. In the Q&A someone asked about concentrations. They did (the brand) answered that the Retinol is 30ppm. However a month after this video was published I saw they answered to the same question with 1000ppm. I have to admit now I am myself confused. Did they changed the formula, got confused the 1 time or what
