There wasn't any proof of that at any point and as a result your entire calculation fails. The fact is that the baby's body was never in the sea for even one second.. Dr Cyril Wecht in his book asserts that the baby's body could not have been in the bay for more than a few days at most. Also the weights that people keep talking about are so inadequate as to be useless. They could never hold Laci's body down for more than a couple of days. The required amount would be between 320 and 400 lb. The most striking fact which you seem to have ignored, is that both bodies were at the same place at the same time on April the 13th. This was such a remarkable occurrence it would have required magic, or, some other human person was involved. At the time, Scott Peterson was in San Diego a 16-hour round trip away. He is excluded. His conviction was wrong and your assumptions are wrong.
