Thanks, and sorry for my late response! That number is only for the web registry, and I don't use it in-game. There are only poor-moderately and well skilled, so it's a rough thing helping me to see if someone ought to focus more on their skills regarding their social level etc. The number is roughly the sum of top 3 (or top 5) skills divided on their age. Very old/young age is excepted, as the calculation would have too high/low effect. There might be a couple additional minor factors too, not sure :)

Thanks! I love that picture, too :) It was not planned, I don't even recall what child had a yellow bear phase. I played Sulabi ever since I got it (long after release though), but after making up the backstory of the world and some families, I focused less on them than my other worlds. Sulani is not part of my Mazaloom kingdom, but some have a vacation home there, and the Sulani Mining Company is a thing. I did not play tthe mermaids yet, but added a few builds related to the local lore.

Hello, thanks for commenting! Re stay still while taking the shot, I don't think I did anything but turning off free will. But the game has been adjusted since my video, and I know "free will off" no longer is as effective as before. They might still leave to do stuff. Try filling all their needs (either by cheat/mod or cheat/mailbox (I think). They might still do random stuff, but not so often.

Thanks @Flethro! I like them too, they have low ambitions in life, but found their own ways. Feeling a bit sorry for the Mugger Farm though, their farm is very old but they were never a success. With cows and chickens I hope it will cange. The janitor cart is CC from Aroundthesims - I think Sandy there created a Janitor collection in fact ;)

Yupp, lots of points, and I'm still not used to awarding them 20p for trying to extinguish a fire, but that was in the score list ever from the start, only not used until previous episode. Typically I missed the one (Sonia?) spending 2 seconds on putting out a fire, but attempting is enough. Glad I noticed my mistake so that it could be corrected at end of episode, trying to avoid point scandals especially in the very last episodes, lol. Sorry for those who are out, and only one episode to go - wonder how empty it will feel with just 2 contenders... Thanks for watching!

He sure was a hero :) I was a bit amazed with the high score for stopping a fire, it has never been done previously during all these episodes but was always listed. And he did it twice, smart guy!!! :)

Ha, Charles did indeed very well! I was a bit disappointed that they all made it through this episode, seems like there will be as many episodes as possible - hopefully one will have the 4th red lamp lit in the upcoming episode :) Re my residents registry, it's programmed in JavaScript - no software etc. I use "self learned" coding that a pro JavaScript programmer would not have used, and whenever I need to fix something it might take me days to just figure out how I did program it. The scripts are massive after 5-6 years, and I don't think there would be any point in sharing, as it also include lots of details that would not be valid in any other game than mine. Still, if you are into programming and might benefit from seeing how I did it, I can mail you some excerpts from the script. Not posting it here though. simmerville # hinsides.no

Hi! Thanks for asking here :) I never mentioned those details, because I think I use what is default by the game. When Toddler was introduced, I did not add those years though, but I think I reduced baby and child, making sure a sim becomes teen at 15. I use: at 0 baby, at 1 toddler, at 5 child, at 15 teen, at 29 young adult, at 50 adult, at 71 elder. It's a bit weird being a teenager until 29, but I think their adult (ya+a) is long enough anyway. I'd also like them to go to university much earlier than at 29, so I gave my teens private high schools to specialize their education earlier (at 22). Hope this helps ;)

I had to have a little chuckle when I read the paragraph of your post mentioning you replied to a big American newspaper from your Sim's perspective! :)

Hah, I had to take down the anniversary post, as I found the oldest website posts were from very early 2002. Some graphics stated 2001, though, and I thought I got hooked in December of the year of game release... But to be on the safe side, I decided to postpone the 20 till next year, LOL. You need GetToWork to use the Photo Studio object. But you can take similar pictures with the cameras that I believe are available in base game. Then you can download Pose Player (a CC made tool, easy to grab and install) + there are many CC poses out there to use with Pose Player. There also exists a stuff pack with photographer career and a few more tools, but you don't really need that to just take some family pictures for the wall or shelf.

Hello! No, unfortunately, I've never found a way to do that. I think if you first take a photo of just one of the sims, then add the 2nd sim, it might be possible to sort it out, but I never tried.
