3 days in tofino, bc | travel vlog
Hi friends :) So here's a long-overdue vlog of my birthday trip to Tofino last year during the heatwave. We were lucky enough to be able to be close to the beach to cool off when needed. We stayed at the beautiful Pacific Sands Beach Resort. Can't wait to return back to Tofino one day.

Ended off the summer by taking our annual road trip to Whistler for the day. We were lucky to go on a beautiful day with clear skies and fresh air and get away from the smog. Kyle and I took a mini trip down to San Francisco for a little getaway and to escape the cold before the pandemic hit. We visited the Painted Ladies, Alcatraz Island, Pier 39/Fisherman's Wharf, and biked our way towards Golden Gate bridge. This was our first trip together to Cancun in April 2016 and of course, I had to do a mini vlog! We stayed at Hyatt Ziva, a family-friendly all-inclusive resort. Thank you! Yes, Pacific Sands has a bike rental on their property and it's right on Cox Bay Beach. That's where we rented our bikes from!

I’m going to tofino this week. Just wonder if I can wear shorts or skirt? Did you feel cold last month when you emerge there?
I'd definitely check the forecast beforehand. BC's weather is constantly changing. I think it's still a little cold for shorts/skirts but I'd pack maybe a few just in case. Enjoy your trip!

This was the junior suite! Can't remember if it was the partial ocean view or tropical view though.
Thanks for posting! My fiancé and I are considering this resort for our honeymoon next summer. We plan on going during the 4th of July too! Excursions are something we def want to do- Chichen Itza looked wonderful. You would recommend this place, yes?
