Lunar SSS First Appearance of Magic Emperor
Man Sega CD was better. Ghaleon just straight up kills the white dragon there.
Real underrated gem of a scene, especially the line, "My glorious rule can only begin with your enslavement."
"Ghaleon! No!" "Ghaleon! Yes!" This is where that quote first came from!
"Vegeta, No!" "Vegeta, YES!!!"
Man, I remember playing this game and how betrayed I felt after learning Ghaleon WAS The Magic Emperor. I knew Ghaleon looked kinda sus but I thought they would break the trope of an evil-looking, slanty-eyed character to be revealed as the bad guy. I had high hopes! I'm glad he redeemed himself in Eternal Blue.
John Truitt is such a scenery chewer. He would make a great Q.
I know how to beat it just show me where the nukes are so I can loot. Fuck I hate this game. Clunky glitchy mess where things don't even spawn in correctly.
LMFAOOOOO
I always thought it was Les Claypool
Where is this location?
It is near Rangers Compound. You can see the location on a map from 4th second: ua-cam.com/video/qy19pzhkqR8/v-deo.html&t=4
I die laughing every time the mad man gets cut off by explosions xD
HA HA HA HA HA HA!!! Oh, what a wonderful day I had! Good times.
I thumbed down your comment, you took my friend from me.
If you have dogmeat with you, and you request him to find some ammo, he will go over and pick up the mini nukes in the alley. Not all of them, you'll have to send him to get them one at a time. slowly, but surely, he'll collect them all. :D
This is by far my favorite scene in this game. It's so over-the-top, so hammy, so wonderfully bad guy-ey. It's the best.
Wich gun is that?
This is Lincols Repeator [In the History Museum]
At least it wasnt the head that got blown up in the first try... totally not like me PS my head got blown up! :(
I know about the gear i got it once, The problem is: Mister burke killed Lucas simms, i didnt cared, time later Burke sent mercenaries to kill me, in revange i went to tempenny tower and killed tenpenny... Couldnt find burke...
It's okay. There's another way around it. Don't kill Tenpenny. Start the quest "You Gotta Shoot 'Em in the Head". Take Tenpenny, Dave, Dukov, and Jeff Strayer's keys. Keep them for yourself. Bring up your speech skill, and convince Mr. Crowly at Underworld (who activates the quest) to tell you where Fort Constantine is. Unfortunately, if you kill Tenpenny before activating the quest, he dies with the special key and the body disappears. You won't be able to get the special gear in Constantine...
Aw shit are you kidding me? I found this guy and i killed him.. i did took the mines and shit but in the end i shot him
One of them is the Oasis quest, with Harold the talking tree. I think Blood Ties was the other; the one with the vampires. Those! Might've been the other one. The one with the fire ants. Sorry, I can't entirely remember... But there's another way to get the prize. You don't NEED the holotape. Instead, do the You Gotta Shoot 'Em in the Head quest and keep all the keys. You have to go to Fort Constantine, which is what the holotape shows you. But you have to do this before killing Tenpenny.
What are the names of these quests so i can get started?
where is he?
Can you actually get this guy if so does he drop mini nukes and a fatman?
I don't wanna set the world on fire....though apparently the mini nuke man did.
I shoot them both in the head then i take mini nukes
i checked all i could find was those 4 mini nukes 2 mines side by side a third a foot away a mine under a slide and a mine sitting on one of the two teeter-totters
It's been a while since I've played, but I believe there's another one either lying on the ground at the entrance/exit of the park or under the teeter-totter?
try new BLAMMO! Soap! Blast stains out! Blasts the whole world out! We've all been BLAMMO'd!
i can only find 4 the one on the spinner the one in the shopping cart the one in next to the three barrels the one under him
It doesn't have a name. It's one of those extra side quests like savaging sewers or finding treasure.
I dont know where exactly, but i always pass by there when going to Riley Ranger's Headquarters.
whats on the holotape?
It's just a locator that tells you the exact location of Mr. Crowley's stash. There are two ways to find it. This way, or ask around and someone might give you a general idea. If you do this you'll get the exact location, or you could go to Fort Constantine and look for it. But no matter what, do not give Crowley any of the keys you get during "You Gotta Shoot 'Em in the Head" or you won't be able to get into the room hiding the stash.
what's the holotape that he has?
One of them is the Oasis quest, but I can't remember the other two... It's been a long time. BUT, there is another way to get the prize without him giving you a Holotape. In the quest "You gotta shoot em in the head" if you talk to enough people and play your cards right, someone will tell you the location of Fort Constantine, which is what the holotape does. Keep those keys for yourself, don't give any of them to the ghoul. With those keys you'll be able to open a sealed door in Constantine. :)
besides reilys rangers fort
i survived it lol
As Kirikakirikakirika stated, you can get the mini nukes and frag mines without killing the guy. Simply wait until midnight and use a stealth boy to crouch and sneak around. Alternatively, with 100 sneak, you can sneak around without the stealth boy. I don't know if you need exactly 100 stealth, but at that level you'll be fine. Now I just need to find the last two mini nukes...
@woolcladlad001 It's been a long time since I've played, but I'm pretty sure it's in either the Dunwich building or Fort Constantine, or near it somewhere. But you can only get in there with 4 specific keys or the password from the holotape that the crazy guy gives you. It's a long travel with lots of good things to pick up, including the suit, so if you find it make sure you're carrying as little as possible.
@woolcladlad001 I'm sure. But there is more than one way to get to place the holotape reveals. If you've already been there, he won't come down and give it to you. I know because I have 5 different characters and I never play the same way twice.
@MrTheXBOXfreak He showed you on the map.
@Israfel85 If you complete ALL of the missions he comes down from the building and gives you a holotape, which tells you the location of a hidden, underground storage unit. Inside the unit is an old golden suit that looks a lot like the Tesla suits. There is also stimpacks, ammo, more mini nukes, and a bunch of other stuff. If you can't wait, you can get the mini nukes in his alley by doing what I suggested at the top. Very few people actually have to die in this game.
where is this?
@Israfel85 I don't have the time or means in which to prove it to you. I have no idea how to record video games and post them on youtube like this. I just play Fallout for fun in my spare tme, and if I happen to discover something interesting or helpful I post it online. If you don't believe me that's fine, but you're the one who's missing out on mini nukes, supplies. and golden suits. Kill him if you want, it makes no difference to me.
@Israfel85 Which part? Anyway, it's all true. I've done it and reaped the rewards.
nvm
those arent mini nukes there land mines cant you even see them
@zen849 Kind of... But don't worry. I think you can also get all that stuff at Fort Constantine if you collect all the keys and find the map in the "You Gotta Shoot 'em in the Head" quest. DON'T KILL ANYONE! This is key (lol, get it?) to getting everything in this quest. Use communication above all to get what you want and don't give the keys to Crowley. Also, in order to get the map, you have to talk to the gouls around Underworld, after the mission is set of course. Talking is always best. :)
@kirikakirikakirika So I guess it was a bad Idea to shot him in the head with a Sniper Rifle then......
@machine451 I don't know what the holotape is called. Fallout 3 is my brother's game and I left it with him when I moved out. But if you manage to get the tape from him it tells you where to find a bunch of weapons and such and a golden suit of armor. :)
kirikakirikakirika I’m 7 years late... but to correct you on that holotape thingy, it’s the T51 power armor, and it’s part of a quest
@avendanoj213 Yes "the belly of the worm" is the Oasis. "In fouteen hundred and ninty-two" is where you find your father in the vault. "The sky will fall, the earth will rise" I think is the Little Lamplight quest. The other ramblings pertain to these missions. Sorry, but it's been a while since I've played. I didn't like killing people so I devised a way to get the nukes without shooting him. I only found out about the quests because I went back after I beat the game and he ran up to me...
