Watching the Come Back Home MV the song is about people who retreat from reality. The ones they leave behind are in pain and misery. So they want them to come back home before they destroy themselves.

G Dragon can sing in a falsetto voice. Seungri and Taeyang can as well. Daesung can just go right up to those notes with his normal voice. I have seen GD sing the falsetto notes in this song elsewhere I think. I thought it was him singing here as well, but another commenter thought not. He may just be singing quietly along. The fact that he does this bit with his back to the audience indicates maybe it's not him. I know Kim Jong-wan sings on the CD version - but I thought it was the part part way through accompanying GD. GD also notably sings the whole way through BIGBANG'S song - Café - in falsetto
