Hi yes it’s leather. It shiny because it’s treated.. I’m not sure of the name or process but we can look that up from the pros!

My friend surprised me with a small Louis Vuitton bag cross body strap @ DOLVS.COM ,and I realized it goes with any outfit and it just looks so elegant. I don’t use it often only when for special occasions. But it does feel nice knowing I have something special like this. Love it !

It’s one of my most used bags, and my go to for travel because it’s casual and can be worn out, and fits my necessities. Plus the fact that it’s canvas makes a no fuss bag. Hey, yes it’s coated canvas similar to LV canvas, and the trim is leather. I specifically purchased it as I was looking for an everyday bag I could wear even if it rains.
Does the external pocket had a magnetic closure?
Hi no it does not have a magnetic closure. It’s pretty tight and secure. I’ve kept cards, lip balms and other small stuff and it didn’t move.

Hey! Thanks so much I really love it ☺️. That’s a great question, and something I do worry about. The Gucci website instructions are pretty general, I even think it’s for the canvas (not interior). Here what it says “Gucci products are made with carefully selected materials. Please handle with care for longer product life. Protect from direct light, heat and rain. Should it become wet, dry it immediately with a soft cloth Store in the provided flannel bag or box Clean with a soft, dry cloth”
