If a male voice says the word "AUM" correctly by using the mouth to change the sound. Noy your voice. Its should be a natural humm. And ladies im prettt sure if you hum deeply with your mouth closed it will cause a very interesting effect where you actually start to achieve resonance with the sign wave. I began to get into sacred geometry after trying to give a more concrete definition (and explanation) for my color-shape associations with the musical notes. I was thinking of Nicola Tesla's quotes about the mysticism of 3, 6, & 9, so I looked up the frequency on uTube and here I am. It's interesting that the note is F#. I visualize F# as grass-green and it divides middle C (red) with it's higher C-octave. Keep in mind that Red (C) is the opposite of green (F#), and the sonic proof of that is that F# is the tri-tone of C. It is the Devil's Interval, in the language of early Gregorian Chant. Therefore, F# as the frequency of 369hz, it seems to have something to do with splitting or breaking apart. And also transition. Transition from the warm colors (C to F/red-to-lime-green) to the cold colors (F# to B/Green-to-magenta). Also F# to G is a major nodal point in the main vocal register-shifts between the Bass-Tenor-Alto-Sporano ranges of the singing voice. Also, F# is the 6th note from Middle C (red). 9 is sort of like the God-note--sorry, i mean D is like the "God-note" because it is is relative to 9 (144hz). Also, D is joy (Beethoven's 9th Symphony, "Ode to Joy.") F# is the major 3rd of a D chord. And finally, to mention 3, i believe that the number three is the E note, which i see as a yellow triangle.
