Why do the horns sound so lacking in confidence/ uniformity? Might just be the recording quality mudding it up but idk

Original sounds better, but bc they used professional audio devices and laid out mics on each section to later perfectly mix. Your school seemed like they didn’t know the song tbh

I think it was the percussion that wasn’t on point but it’s better than my school

The only reason why the second recording sounds better is the use of professional quality instruments and microphone and a perfect amount of instruments in each section.
