Think people, the industry is wrong. We insulate the ceiling with R 38 and then our walls are R28. Bad idea. 2x10 exterior walls is needed. The furnance heats a house as a whole not just the ceiling

Well this year I’m grateful we will get to spend. Christmas at home with my wife/kids mom. Last Christmas we spent it in ICU while she was in a medically induced coma. So we are blessed. Our 23 anniversary is in 2025 and there is a chance we will be first time grand parents on that day. (Online marriage like yall). So we are blessed.
