I think that Willow will end up getting pregnant. And she won't know who the dad is. I wonder how she's gonna react when she finds out that he got Sasha pregnant. I hope that the show runners do have Sonny and Jason leave the mob. I just think them being in the mob is a little stale at this point. The problem is that Sonny doesn’t have an ‘heir apparent’ or someone to take over for him.
