DTX #30 _ ADEX typodont
DTX (2024 Edition) with lesion on the distal of the mandibular right first molar is suitable to practice for the class II in the ADEX exam. The only difference between first-generation and 2024 version is mainly cosmetic such as the color (white root vs orange) and a slightly softer pulp. Although the teeth in the actual ADEX exam will differ, they are designed with similar color and hardness. Compatible only with the ModuPRO One. CompeDont is a registered trademark of CDCA.

선생님 Class 2 프렙할 때 프렙할수록 깊어지니 그림자가 지고 시야 확보가 안되서 gingival wall 을 flat 하게 잘 프렙하는데 안되는데 조언 주실 수 있나요? 44 distal 프렙 연습 중인데...인접치아 건들지 않는 것도 어렵고 작은 공간을 깔끔하게 프렙하는 것도 어려워요.
답장을 늦게 봐서 죄송합니다! 타이포돈트의 고개를 돌리는 면 시야 확보하는데 도움이 될거예요. 44라고 하면, 오른쪽 제1소대구치인데, 고개를 왼쪽으로 최대한 돌린 후, direct vision으로 접근 하는 것이 좋을 것 같아요. 245벌 3.0 mm 이니, full depth 뚫으신 후에, 330 벌 길이가 1.6mm 이니, 330bur로 바꾸신 후, 작업하시면 adjacent tooth 손상 안 시키시고 안정하게 하실 수 있을 겁니다. 말로 설명드리는 것은 한계가 있으니, 시간될때 영상으로 만들어서 올려볼게요!
