Thank you for the video! I was struggling to get the settings right for quality 0.6 prints on my neptune 4 Plus, this gave me some pointers.
Glad I could help!
My 4 Max will be delivered in a few days. I cannot express my sincere appreciation for your knowledge and willingness to share.
Wow, thank you!

Thanks
They have cameras there. Did they ever found out what happened that day????
No they didn't.
When are y’all going back to the river?
I go a lot. Come visit us at Highland Lakes metal detecting club meeting at Kingsland library 10am 1st Saturday each month.
Is there a permit or contact person for metal detecting and panning on the Llano?

Thanks for watching!
Good Video...Was looking at those same ones at Habor Freight for 50 bucks...How are they holding up?? Ps..Bread Makes me poop!
They have held up for over a year of detecting.
ok so... you did nothing? Feels like half the video is missing.
That was a short of main video.
@@ProspectorsCache There is no point to this video. A short you call it? I wish I could take my click back.
@@Zartimus Glad you liked it! 🙂

No
Can you pair it underwater?
No Bluetooth don't work underwater
@@ProspectorsCache thank you for your answer! Did you try it?
How are you using sulfuric acid with sodium nitrate with a distillation system to extract nitric acid?
Sulfuric acid + any nitrate salt produces nitric dioxide vapor.. that distilled into nitric acid 90% plus. Also called red fuming nitric. Very strong acid.
@@ProspectorsCache Thank you
Bought two of the detecting doodads. Had to file them down to get them to fit and they both broke in short order. Contacted the owner (Don) and he lied through his teeth and never followed through with replacements. As other comments on here state, the guy is not to be trusted. Good to know there are better alternatives!
At least you were able to talk to someone. He ghosted me after my purchase.
Every time he leans over to explain the thing he's presenting, he moves the thing out of the frame.
Sorry about that I am not good at video. I am learning
I hate the grip on the XP Deus 2.
Yep, i agree
@@ProspectorsCache Thanks!
Per far arrivare la stampante a quel punto.... per me non hai imparato molto..... mai visto una cosa simile.....

I watched the video and find it very informative. I was kinda expecting links in the description for the new parts you installed. I have 2 printers. I have the max and the plus. Is it possible to help me decide which linear rail parts i need?
I will add some soon
You can lose the control box because it's connected to headphones and your headphones are on your head, and you strap the headphones with your mask😂
Yep
Excellent !
Many thanks!
Brilliant Video, I am doing all these mods to my New Neptune 4 Max.....super super !!!!!!
Fantastic!
Hi, can you take video of snorkel duck diving like in my videos?
What is snorkel duck diving?
I barely give videos thumbs up I love your video it was beautiful
Thank you so much!
u forget to clean first old grease before put the new..
I did clean rails first with alcohol.

@@ProspectorsCache There's always a "negative Nancy" in every creators life.... Well done Prospector!
Will ammonium nitrate work?.
Yes it is more dangerous, but it does work. My preference is Sodium Nitrate or potassium nitrate.
Well you got thinken of goin there to find some gold
Thanks 👍
I thought metal detecting on Texas beaches was illegal? I've always been afraid to bring my metal detector to Port Aransas because of this.
Texas is legal to detect on beaches that are not state or national parks
You said you would list all the supplies and where to get??
They are in the description.
Can you share the overall Interior Height of the pack with the zipper closed where the coil & shaft are? Thanks!
amzn.to/4bvXpFF. You can get all specs here.
@@ProspectorsCache Thanks, but based on some other feedback I received since those measurments listed must be exterior as the inside the zipper line mearument given to me was a slightly shorter. I did determine though that I my a Minlab lower shaft woth the V12X coil would fit in it if the shaft is diagonal to the top and lower corners of the pack. Thanks.
@@Stack_Silver glad it will fit. I have friend that puts his minelab manticore in the backpack with no problems.
@@ProspectorsCache That’s great to hear! Thanks for the info, it helps me lot. Going to order one today...
@@Stack_Silver use link in description, helps me a lot.
Can i make silver nitrate from this?
To make silver nitrate you would add 30% water to this to end up with a 30/70 concentration to tame the pure nitric solution. Then you would dissolve silver in the solution. That would give you silver nitrate. Also be sure to always add nitric to the water slowly. Never add water to acids. Always add acid to water.
You should look into a real bucket classifier made by arber fabrication company and make sure to get the tabs. Their primary production is for coffee filters. I've had one of their classifier for four years and am very happy with it.
I've had these for 20 years + and they still work for my needs
Heading to the Guadelupe in a couple of weeks to try my youngest boys minelab equinox 600. Sure hope to find anything but cans and pull taps. And clean up the river also.
Hope y'all have a great time
The presenter in this video misspoke. The ORX is indeed a Multi-Frequency detector. He should have pointed out the difference is the ORX is SIngle-selectable Multi-Frequency, whereas the Legend is “Simulatanous” Multiple Frequency. I actually prefer he ORX over the Legend after using both.
You are technically correct, but when I say multi frequency I mean it is operational with multiple frequencies not operating at a single frequency. ORX is a great machine.
@@ProspectorsCache Yes. Also technically, most Simulataneius Multi-Frequency detectors end up blending frequencies which that blending signal is less accurate than s ingle freqeuncy result. Like many others have already proven in years past, I have also taken my oscilloscope to measure simultaneous multi-frequency detetors and found that they mostly average down to two frequencies (refereed to as blending). This is why I like to identify a target area first in line with the soil conditions & the type of target and then choose my frequency. I find running the single frequency then performs better than blend of multiple frequencies being averaged out. The simulaneous is, of course, better if you're just looking for a wider range of targets to hit a just dig which of course is a great way to learn tones and associate them to items. Then a good simulataneous machine can be switched down to a single frequency for more accurate ID tones. But for most who just want to run a detector with decent amount of target hits with capabilitie to adjust Iron tones and such,, there is little need to spend more than among the new offerings like the Nokta Triple Score and Minelab Xterra Elite as they are fabuous detectors to run and a great value:performance ratio offering.
The main point of simultaneous multi frequency is to reduce target masking due to other metals being close by. I have tested single frequency detectors and they can't unmask targets as well as a multi frequency detectors. That is a fact that is shown by many UA-cam videos. Iffy signals has great research on the unmasking of targets
@@ProspectorsCache Yes, I did not argue that point, actually I sort of supported it. I was just speaking to the known fact that Simulatanous Multiple frequences blend and when you are able to idenfiy conditions, and ajust to the proper frequency for the sought after ttarget desired, accuracy increases. My conludeing point was also that for Most desctorists out there, Simulataneous Multi detectors are the sure way to go, Especially now with all the great values to be had in the newest of offerings…. When I built Ham Radios in the 1970’s and 80’s from companies like Heathkit, they later added a lne of metal detector kits. I built about a dozen of them for friends back then, and for that time they were decent machines, but not alot of dicrimiation and depth. What we have today coud only be imagined back then and for how relatively inexpense this better technolgy has evolved is really mnd blowing.
We need to go together

where can you access the LLano River?
The slab in Kingsland
I want to go with yall!
Come to metal directing club meeting. highlandlakesmetaldetecting.com
Is there a reason why your first layer is higher than the rest of the model it's usually lower
I find it is stronger that way.
@@ProspectorsCache it can't be you're just changing the layer height to get to the same size, you're just making the bottom layer look worse while having thicker layers than the rest of the model when the bottom layer usually looks the best, well it's supposed to, the only way it would be stronger is if you're getting layer adhesion problems at lower layer heights........
I have found all my printers are different. This is for the Elegoo Max with . 6 nozzle. My Creality v4 is set the way you suggest.
@@NoMercyFtwa taller first layer is supposed to work better to fill in unevenness in the bed itself. I would imagine with a large bed like the max has, there are a lot of small very slightly uneven spots throughout the bed, and having a taller layer most likely evens them out. At least that’s what I have seen mentioned in a few places and what would make sense to me.
Use Sand instead of Hot oil to heat your flask.
I will try that.
There is no Pro Max yet.
You are correct, I misspoke.
