From Doubt to Confidence: A Journey of Transformation
As a young girl, I struggled with failure in exams, often feeling doubtful and guilty, believing that it was a reflection of who I was. I thought I wasn’t good enough, and that this would always be my reality. However, as I embarked on my career as a psychologist, I worked to shift my mindset and reshape my belief system. I learned to move from unconscious self-doubt to conscious self-empowerment. Today, I understand that failure doesn't define us-it’s just a stepping stone on the path to growth.

@kapileshsrivastava1831 Thank you amita mam for inviting kapilesh for this podcast. ● Me MBA karna chahta hu but Bade Top colleges ki fees afford nahi kar sakta hu but aaj sir ne mujhe sahi guide kia and then ab me kisi lower collage se kam fees ki wajah se apply nahi karuga. Thank You Sir mera time and pesa dono aapki wajah s aaj Bach gaya. ● aapne office Politics ki baat ki, Me Publicly company name lena nahi chahta hu but me last 10 year se regular dekh rha hu ki kuchh company me sirf relatives ko hi job milti h fir chahe vo us position ko deserve hi nahi karte hai lekin vo kisi Top senior officer ke relatives hai to koi unhe kuchh nahi kahta hai. But mera question ye hai ki Company me agar kisi Executive ko pata hai ki kuchh bade level par scam ho rha h lekin vo iski complain krne jaha bhi jayega waha pr ya to koi uski baat ko serious nahi lega ya fir Jo senior officers isme shamil hai vo us Executive ki awaz daba dege and usko itna majboor kar dege ki usko job chhodna pade. To is situation me vo employee kya kre? Bcz vo to company ki growth ke liye ye sab soch rha tha lekin kisi se kah bhi nahi sakta h. ● Agar Koi Executive jiska koi relatives nahi h senior level par but vo apne position ke according well qualified h to kya esa possible h ki usko 16 saal ho gye lekin uski 16000 bhi salary nahi h just bcz vo Politics me involve nahi hota h and uska koi relative nahi h. Us employee ki majboori h ki vo job change krne ka risk bhi nahi le sakta h bcz uski family ki responsibility uske upar h uske bacche bade ho rhe h to vo employee kese sirf 15000 me apna expanse manage kar sakta h. Jabki us company me usko 16 saal ho chuke h job krte huye. ● Thank you so much kapilesh sir , achha laga ki company me itne achhe Top seniors bhi h lekin afsos is baat ka h ki har ek employee aapse baat karne ke liye nahi pahuch sakta h. Ye ek Public platform h islie me isse jada openly nahi kah sakta h but i hope aap samjh rahe hoge ki me kis direction me aapse baat kar rha hu. Thank You mera comment padne k liye, mujhe aapke reply ka intezar rahega.... Thank You 😊

Beautiful podcast. Kapilesh sir wisdom is real and practical. The only thing that I wouldn’t agree with him is 70 or 90 hr work comment by Mr. Murthy or Mr. Subrahmanyan. Context is very important but even content should be used responsibly especially at their position. Not everyone is Kapilesh sir and not everyone is Mr. Murthy, and not everyone would become billionaire or millionaire or visionary and if that was a case then it would be end of the world. The ecosystem needs to be respected and right role to right people culture needs to thrive than putting a bullet of quantifiable metrics to fulfill larger objective that a visionary has envisaged. I loved everything else on the podcast and am always a part of his fan club.

No there is no treatment for personality disorders… therapy is possible but narcissists will never accept that there is something wrong with them. Even if they go for therapy they will not continue with therapy because narcissists have Grandiose Ego so they can’t accept something is wrong with them 👍

Unfortunately joint family me where 2-3 generations, cousins and their families all are living together, and they all are groomed since birth to obey the narcissistic head of the family. Aur ek achhi, reputed, mentally healthy family se ayi Hui daughter in law ko jitna torture bear karna padta hai no one can imagine. Aur ye log kabhi sudhar bhi nahi sakte. If you have a good spouse, over the years, the in laws will expose themselves eventually. And fortunately you will have the support system in your spouse, your kids who will help you move out of the hell.
