We will never know freedom until we put idiocy like the Bible on the slag heap of bad ideas. Born in sin? Really? Why? Because to goofballs ate an apple? I mean just that part is absurd as the Bible says "fruit" so you inserted "apple." Why? Threw darts at different fruits? In Isaiah 7:14 it clearly says "young woman or alma in Hebrew. You inserted virgin. Do you just make stuff up as you go along? The answer is yes. If one does a reading of the Bible you find nothing but errors, contradictions and flat out lies. It says "God rested on the 7th. day." They assume it means God just stopped working but that fits their agenda. Another verse says "God never tires or grows weary." Moses? Who? Never lived. Neither did most biblical heroes including Jesus himself. Find me a single contemporaneous reference? And the genealogies are quite contradictory. Your narrative has more holes than a Swiss cheese and I haven't even touched how often prayer fails or church corruption.

How is this different than Stockholm Syndrome? genuinely asking I’m not trying to be obtuse. How is this different than big pharma creating problems to sell you their pill solutions? How is this different than the mafia making you pay them for protection from themselves? Even worse the mob boss blows the head off his own son in your shop and says hey that was supposed to be you go ahead and worship me. I’m genuinely trying to reconcile my love for Christ with this notion of God and evil. Wouldn’t it stand to reason that with God being the ONLY TRUE reality and the SOLE CREATIVE POWER in all of reality that evil simply cannot be serious? How can God have actual opponents? How can God actually be transgressed against when everything is foreknown and perfectly created to serve his unwavering will? How is it not blasphemous to even suggest that the evil of this world be anything other than a joke when compared to the truth that God is the only existence, none other exists but from God so how can one be separated or vice versa?

In romans paul says that we are Gods clay and he the potter. But what kind of potter purposely distorts his sculpture so that he can take his wrath out on it while genuinely blaming the clay for its existence as anything other than perfection?

First of all, "Fred Garvin" is a hilarious UA-cam handle. Dan Akroyd is so funny in that! Of course, I think this is a vast misreading of Scripture. Having said that, the warning to be intellectually honest is super important. I've certainly wrestled with some of the things that you bring up. The idea I've wrestled with the most is something humans have been wrestling with since ancient Greece. Namely, "If God is good, why is there so much suffering?" It's a good and legitimate question and one we certainly don't have space to solve in the comment section. Having said that, my story is that in my pursuit of Truth - the story of Jesus is the thing I can't get away from. The story of God becoming man so that He might suffer so that humanity might have eternal hope and present love is a really beautiful story. It is seeking truth that leads me to Jesus. It sounds like your pursuit leads you elsewhere. I'm sure you'd invite me to consider your ideas (that, of course, I've heard many times before and have considered). Would you consider the person and work of Jesus? I have great hope for my life ONLY because of the resurrection of Jesus. That really is where the intellectual pursuit of ultimate truth has led me. Anyway, I don't usually respond to comments but you seem like my kinda person. I'm glad you commented - I dig philosophical debate and love people who seek truth honestly! May God bless your journey (and mine too). I'm hoping you are experiencing peace and joy. Here's to big ideas and good discussions.

According to your theology, the god of the universe created all of us, put two innocent individuals into a garden and told them not to do the very thing he knew they were going to do ahead of time then punished them for something they couldn't have possibly known that was wrong. Then, punished all their descendants through inherited sin, then killed everybody off because they still wouldn't love him. Then this god tormented them and kicked out the jews as his favorite and let them continue to be barbarians who he told to go out and slaughter the midianites and the malachites until there was no trace left. Then this god led the charge against everybody who didn't have chariots of iron as a warmongering head barbarian that god was. Couple of thousand years later god turns over a new leaf, comes down in human form and says, I will sacrifice myself to myself to serve as an excuse and a loophole that I made so I can finally find it in my heart to forgive the people that I made broken and then sit there and embarrassly not represent the truth of the book or what I've said. The god that he worships and promotes did horrible evil things for a very long time and continues to do a bad job. When one realizes we are on our own, they become much more responsible than hoping/praying that someone will save us from ourselves so we don't have to do it ourselves. Stop being intellectually dishonest.

Do we just say "Yes. We love the Father and His Messiah." ??? or Matthew 22:37-40 37YaHUShA replied: “ ‘Love YaHUaH your Elohim with all your heart and with all your soul and with all your mind.’ 38This is the first and greatest commandment. 39And the second is like it: ‘Love your neighbor as yourself.’ 40All the Law and the Prophets hang on these two commandments.” John 14:15 “If you love me, obey my commandments." John 14:23 YaHUShA replied, “Anyone who loves me will obey my teaching. . .” John 14:24 “Anyone who does not love me will not obey my teaching. . .” 1John 5:3 In fact, this is love for Elohim: to keep his commands. And his commands are not burdensome, Revelation 22:14 ‘Blessed are those who do His commandments, that they may have the right to the tree of life, and may enter through the gates into the city.” Conclusion: We love YaHUaH Elohim, and His Son Whom He has sent , YaHUShA ha' MaShiYaH, by observing His commandments.

Babylonia, golden era, Midu- Persia- Silver era, Bronze era- Macedonia, Iron era- Rime and Riman Empire. all four Political Powers are represented by four Beast in Daniel 7:4,7:5,7:6,7:7. So Daniel 7:4-7 are the Political representation os the said image. While the feet of mixed if iron and clay, I call it concrete era, because the clay can not hold such structure having so heavyweight like gold, silver, bronze and iron. Now, for you to understand the secrets which was in that part, you have to consider the Lamb and the goat on Daniel 8. The lamb with two horns are representing the Anglo and the Saxons. When they combined, they became the English people. The Goat with one horn is represented by the Gauls (France)When its one horn plucked out it replaced with four big horns.(Europe, North America, South America and Australia) This are four Gentile Power which are the part of concrete era. and USA is the main representation of it because she is the center of its power. and the White Gentiles and black people are representing the iron and clay the belong to the same time of existence but the will not mixed as one all together. because the iron and clay never mixed all together. Same with Black and White Americans. So, who is the rock. it was the broken part of the rock. it was not Mentioned that it was the Rock of Zion, but it was. Yes! It is the restoration of the 12 Tribes of Israel, which all the Nations of the World already have their blood lines through their escaped from King Nebuchadnezzar. So, it will just happened when the World is ready to accept their Messiah. The rock is about to hit the feet part of the image. The Gentile Power is about to end. I Am who I am! Saying these things to you!

Paul then says nobody is justified by “ works if the law”. After rebuking peter. So if treating gentils different is against the torah, then “ works of the law” must not mean doing the torah

Thanks for this - so helpful. Like Daniel that we know something that everyone around us also needs to know - that God is bigger than anyone and anything, his promises are greater and when we live for Him in trust and thanksgiving the world will also see the hope we have and God will bring us those who want to know.
