You know how some softmods are done through the save file of a particular game? Same principle, loading the exploited save causes the game to bug in a way that causes the system to accidentally start executing the save file as a program...which works since the exploited save file happens to contain program code.

Discogs is user driven and attempting to list all music ever made or as much as humanly possible for archival purposes (before edited:) Would you be able to add the Confrontation In A Flow and A Shot In The Dark compilations to Discogs? Only the Water Contract album is listed there and having these two compilations with pictures would be great to have in such a database, the Yet album only has photos of the front and back of the album with no proper credits but I wouldn't know how to figure out who is who and if they are already added to the database. Regardless this was some top notch hunting!!

I honestly think that everyday, random tracks have higher chances of appearing, thus causing the problem you mentioned at the beginning. So it is random, but the pool of tracks and their chances to appear constantly changes.

Small bonus for you: In paper mario ttyd a setup has been found to be able to read/execute some spaces in memory. However, it is difficult to manipulate the RAM in paper Mario in such a way to write the code needed. But the speedruning community used zelda oot to set the needed values in memory to make the ACE work in paper Mario.

It's unbelievable what all these legends can do with ACE. I'm flabbergasted..... again. I'm also curious what the game developers has to say witnessing their games being manipulated to act like a pong game or something else. I'm working as an "Enterprise Network Architect" for a big IT company in my country, but compared to the legends in this video I feel pretty stupid...... Nothing but respect for all the individuals who made this kind of sorcery possible..... GG!
