I think I do have a little PTSD from having a super foul one in a cafe at some point in my youth, but a home made quiche lorraine hits so much better. Not enough chilli
When do you put it in? I usually chuck it in after I've turned the stove off or on the lowest setting and literally just mix it in at the end fir it to warm up, not to cook it. If that helps?

@@rossanoscasa Sorry to bother you again. Got my moulds,1st arancino came out nicely but the following attempts failed, with rice sticking to mould .Shaking & banging the base did not help. Do you have any suggestions? Many thanks. Robert.

Looks amazing! I’m always intimidated by cinnamon roll recipes- perhaps a focaccia would be as delicious but just different, yet possibly easier!

Thank you Marylin, I don't normally like watching YT vids with people rambling on and on about whatever they are showing, - However, I quite enjoyed this video, as you clearly explain the reasons to your methods, and why, thankyou for that, you also have a very natural manner, this video certainly has given me a bit confidence of making some of these yummy Gozleme,s - my wife loves em.. I have recently retired, and enjoying getting into some home cooking, still a lot to learn. Thankyou. :)

I have these preserving away, 🤞🏼 it works!
it will. Just be sure to shake the jar every day for two weeks. Keep it in a cupboard/pantry. and then follow the next steps. I like it best after a few months preserving xx
This might be a silly question but do you only ever use the rind then?
Not silly at all. I have heard some use rind but for me I feel the flesh helps with the preserving if that makes sense. Plus the flesh can be used sometimes, it’s just a bit more salty if that makes sense. It’s still ok to use a whole wedge, I just rinse it and often so will blitz it. X
