Hi, good video,I bought a use gh230 ,and used for few times and the motor stopped working (doesn't build pressure,piston don't move ) I removed some parts and I push the piston up but when I turn it on the piston go down ,but didn't go up (I tried this 2 times and happened the same) What do you think it's? I used to fix my electric paint sprayes (maintenance and basic things),this was my first hydraulic sprayer ,the guy that sold to me just bought from a pawn shop and everything else is good on the machine

doesn't work that easily. what they're not showing you is the true replacement hose is not anywhere near long enough to fit over the pulley and slot into the the slots shown. nice and easy for the video though.

Why isn't this more common in newer guns? Is it just because of a want to sell additional mixing chambers or is there a scientific reason as to why this isn't on every gun?

Taking my old Graco Ultimate MX 695 pressure control apart when the cover plate came off two wires came off. The wires are black and white. The three receptacles are labeled, L1, L2, and Looks like J11. Can anyone tell me where the black and white wires go? I have a photo but can't post it here. Thanks

This is the least helpful tutorial I've ever seen. Think the transducer is busted? Step one, buy a transducer 🤣😭 Side note: I actually have an extra transducer to test it with. But I think your average painter would not have a machine graveyard

I fried my circuit board on my x r 9

I got 2.9 ohms on a Graco 17C794 Motor test , i got motor to spin on a 9 volt. I did an ohm meter armature and commutator test thats seem to be equal measurements. Where are the specs ? for the motor test. My machine was blowing a fuse so i did a motor armature and clean on commutator which was black and smelt of burned plastic. The fuse doesn't blow now or turn motor as when i turned pressure control valve it would spin motor 1 second blow fuse. I believe the paint sucked up in motor covered commutator and arch between brushes the motor there was paint inside motor.

So the way to troubleshoot the part.....IS TO BUY A NEW PART? brilliant! Thank you for your expertise!

Rented a 1400si today and it would not spray orange peel at all. It had intermittent air velocity and mostly sprayed very heavy. What a waste of time!

i need your assistance to trouble shoot our GMax 5900. Engine operates but upon switching on the pump, engines switching off automatically. I've tried to remove the pump and re-start again the engine, but same results achieved.

It will be nice for f you saw that things also.
