Seniors have so much wisdom!
@@Arbed225 Indeed!!
I absolutely loved this episode of Autumn!! Our Senior population has so much knowledge, wisdom and life lessons that foster teachable moments for us all. These ladies are an inspiration and they look wonderful!! They make me proud to be among the Senior Population. Kudos to you Francine for the new concept for Autumn. The live show and multiple interviews added a nice, fresh change. 👍🏽👍🏽👍🏽👍🏽
@@sweetstix755 Yes. Wisdom absolutely goes with age as these ladies have expressed some wise facts about aging. Thanks for watching.
Great video! Good info I agree in every way possible
@kaiyaaababy6214 Thank you for watching . Young people need to know that you can enjoy life at any age if you do it right. Thanks for your comment.
Very Nice, getting voices from folks on the street.
@Coco4787 I enjoyed them. If you want to know, go to the source. They provided some good info about aging. Thanks for watching.
This was good to watch!! Getting answers from those that matter .. i definitely agree with taking care of yourself
@kconrad7758 Yes they gave some good insight into aging. Authentic insight. Thanks for watching.
Awwsome. Another great session. We never really think about aging.
@Arbed225 I know . And they were so acceptent of whatever aging brings. Very positive. Thank you for watching.
Loving this episode! It’s really good to hear from the seniors perspective.
@@evelynflows Thank you. I enjoyed my conversations with them. Thanks for watching.
Thank you to all the wonderful seniors who gave such an open , honest look into aging.
Since working healthcare recently this is great information! Healthcare/insurance has so many grey areas sheesh
@kconrad7758 Yes. It shouldn't be. You must shop around for what you need and ask questions. Everyone should check their policies. Everyone should have health care coverage. ❤️
Thanks for reminding us of our own humanity!
@ricospeight4723 Thank you for watching .
These are great tips! Thanks Francine!
@@tonipennington5780 Thanks for watching .
This is disturbing info, but important info for caregiver to know!
@Coco4787 Yes very important. Thank you for watching.
Thank you
So true , the system over prescribe medication. But a patient has rights so if they are requesting it then they become an addict . Then that is another issue to deal with. Then if they don’t want help and not self advocate against this issue then what ?
@haroldwarren1380 There has to be a system put in place to regulate the drugs. If someone needs them then monitor it. Too many accidentally deaths. Thanks for your comments.
I suggest to find a healthcare proxy. Depending on the circumstances it’s good to have someone you trust to advocate on your behalf as well.
@ravenconrad5796 Yes, a good suggestion. Thank you for watching
So true I’m going through this now and it’s hard to trust health professionals now because like you said they are just masking it not fixing the issue.. WE MUST ADVOCATE FOR OURSELVES OR HAVE A TRUSTED PERSON TO. Thank you for this
@@kconrad7758 So sorry you are going through this. It's a shame how we have to second guess our doctors. Please make sure you have a trusted advocate and always know you can get a second opinion. Thanks for your comment.
Please be mindful of you love ones medicine. Speak up
Very important show because if you can’t take care of yourself, like you said you can’t take care of other people❤
So true but sometimes it's hard if you are focusing on the other persons needs. We must not forget ourselves in the midst of caring. Thank you for watching.
Get that sleep!!!

@franklynregisford3469 Yes, it's a tough situation, and with cultural barriers, it makes everything harder. Unfortunately, her mom lost her battle. Thank you for watching.
Thank you Audra. This is very useful information. I have to admit, I always thought trusts were for the rich. Little did I know I'm eligible to create one for peace of mind. Again, thank you Audra!

Great show .. so sad how dementia can just come so fast
@kconrad7758 Yes you never know when you may be faced with this. I'm glad Miss Roz had her family to help. Thanks for your comment .
🎉🎉🎉🎉 Amazing
@kconrad7758 Thank you for your support .🌹
This is so true!
Great episode!!! It was so nice to see the interaction LIVE and gave it an even more personal feel. Ms. Roz was very candid with her experience with her Mom (may she Rest in Peace)and it was so nice to hear a scenario where the caregiver had help from the family (village) to give her the opportunity to recharge her energy and emotions and be ready to deal with the changing personalities within her Mom due to the Dementia. From personal experience, it is a very difficult thing to see the person who you always viewed as a pillar of strength becoming someone that you no longer know and they no longer know who you are. My Mom never forgot who I was but her memory of others were sometimes confusing especially if she wasn’t around them often. Good luck to you Francine on this new platform; Great job!!! 👏🏽👏🏽👏🏽👏🏽
@sweetstix755 Thank you so much for your continued support and comments. I too am so glad she had a village that was willing to help. That's so beautiful. Keep watching and sharing.
Please check out Barbara Karnes website bkbooks.com for more information .
Another Great Show!! My take away and confirmation for me is Talking about your loved one is refreshing and releasing. Even though tears may be shed their memories have just what you need. You miss them but they have planted seeds and nourished them now live what they have taught and not allow yourself to become stuck.
Beautifully said. I hope this had info to help you. Please share. Thanks for watching.
Great episode!!! Love the new look! Congrats on episode 101!!!🎉🎉🎉

Thank you Ms Roz for taking the time to share your story. It may encourage other families to share in the duties of caring for their love one. Everyone doesn't have a village that helps.😊
