As much as I love Paul McCartney, this song is very simple and repetitive. He's done better songs than this. I love all photos on the video.

George Harrison was the Beatle that was unknighted like Paul for reasons unknown that still till this day, boggles my mind? Knowing how much he did for so many. So giving to all. So many people, organizations and causes that he championed. The benefit concert that we know was because of his awareness of how to help a famine while the world stood by twittling their fingers!. Paul McCartney, if he had any balls at all would and should go out of his way to see that George is posthumously given his well deserved knighthood. When George passed in 2001, 1/3 of his worth was left to the causes that he championed. George has done everything to get that honor listed, yet his family awaits for an honor given to absolute bumps and bozos for nothing! This loving man used the Lord as his muse. That's says volumes about the man and his humanity!!!! I leave the music comments to others as I'm a musician and know what he meant and his abilities. George was not the shy Beatles. To me, he was the coragious one with stones! He was the only Beatles that could be what all the others were quoted to be as and could never be in reality... shy, cute, intellectual and funny. Aware of others, humanity, the global issues and simply being a good soul. Who could say that. None of the other Beatles and none of the so-called bumbs that the queen knighted for farting!!!!

For those who are commenting that I used too many photos of Pattie...all my videos were made over 10 years ago. At the time I made this video, I had more pictures of George with Pattie than of him with Olivia. And I thought they were good pictures of that couple, so I used them. Anyway, I happen to like both Pattie and Olivia! It's the same case with the pictures of the other Beatles. I simply had a lot of Beatle photos that I wanted to share. But again, all my videos are old! This one is from 13 years ago! I don't really have time these days to edit videos or make any more of them. I have other videos that feature Olivia more prominently and Dhani is included as well.

Too much Patti, not enough Olivia. Where's Dahni? I met him once. He was very gracious and really cared about all his "scruffs"

It sounds like Paul double-tracked his voice to show the Everly Brothers what the song would sound like with two people singing it. Buddy Holly did the same thing with the demos of the two songs he wrote for the Everly Brothers in 1958, "Love's Made a Fool of You" and "Wishing."

Just finished reading Philip Norman's biography 'George Harrison: The Reluctant Beatle' - recommend.

Not a very suitable song for the Everly Brothers. The songs that worked best for them had swooping vowel sounds that they sang so well. I think McCartney missed the point

I’ve only ever heard this by the Everly Brothers. But I love Paul’s pared back, raw version in this demo. Whereas the Everly Brothers version is good; it’s smooth - but, for me, it lacks the soul Paul packs into it.

So much spirituality has been corrupted by humans. I loved George’s music but also his search and journey for true enlightenment related to human spirituality. I’m always inspired by his lyrics. He’d probably be embarrassed and dismissive of the praise but we need more of this not less. There are a lot of distractions and nonsense around.
