I tie rebar for a living and I'm sorry but these guys are garbage. They are slow and they are on their knees tying. The most efficient way is with a wire reel and a pair of Klein pliers in a bent over position walking it as you go.

I worked pre cast, setting beds & pouring same day on 150’ form. Hardest job I’ve ever had glad I’m out lol. Great learning experience though.
