I think it's depend upon area .. I am not facing any issues with "after 10 PM" and speed was also increased to 60 Mbps with 40mbps plan but yes if cables destroy they take long time to fix it ..few weeks back my connection was cut for 4 days due to heavy rainfall..

The performance part was trimmed due to some reason. The performance is good there is no doubt. I don't play games so I can't say anything about fps and heating right now but I will definitely cover this in my long term review .
