I see so much of the luxury that this field can bring me and that’s great. But I need to see God in it, I needed to see this. Thank you!

Watching your video My suggestion to you is to start a non profit for future realtors of tomorrow…. Have mentorship events with them and offer opportunities to work in your office … allow them to write out envelopes and answers some calls and set up your tables at events A tax write off and you get help in the office for free or as needed…..

Congrats Tiffanie. Blessings. God is so good. I have been asking and seeking this process info for business but also for my 1st time buying process. Been told that it is permissible for me to be my own first client as a Realtor, however it’s like a dead end road actually obtaining the information. I think the biggest reason for that is because I am only part time. I have not been able to be in the office since I work a 9 to 5. I’m not able to join a team because nobody has team hours for those who work 9 to 5 positions and I just really truly think some people feel like, “ why should I share and you’re not a part of my team”? I know that’s really sad but I feel like that is the reality so I have been praying and talking to the Lord because I already know what I’ve been standing on from a year ago and what I stood on two years ago, God granted so of course he can grant this thing I’m just trying to navigate And find my processes and get things in order because I know I feel it. I see it. I taste it. My time is now and I’m not one of those people that will be afraid of interest rates or anything of the like I just know what it is i should be doing. I want to get to and I need to get there so God bless you. I’m so grateful for you. I have already added you to my prayer list and I’m looking forward to that workshop on 11/24. This HAS to BE God. Prayers up for you, your family/friends comfort during this time of grief.❤

I love your transparency. I am ready for 11/24. I have been a realtor part-time for 2 years now and is ready for a shift. I also heard God say a shift is coming. It's crazy that I posted it to my Facebook page on October 1st. I have been searching for mentors and ways to help me transition from my 9 to 5 to a full-time Realtor. This is right on time. 🙌

I Love the fact that you were open with us about your journey. I do not feel this vlog came to me by chance. I am struggling with going full time. I am a mother of 5. Two of them are grown, two are in High School and, one is in First grade. I just purchased a home and I have 2 cars that are almost paid off. I have a great paying job but really want to pursue my career in real estate. I would LOVE to have a mentor that can lead me in the right direction to achieve the goal of going full time and I would love to connect. And Congrats on all of your future endeavors.🎉

Thank you for sharing. It’s October 2024 and I am daily viewing these posts and getting a lot out of them they are encouraging too. Respectfully I started watching you I believe about close to a year now as I embark on a real estate career. Due to nearness I haven’t taken my state test yet… soon I will. You did a good job talking to both sides about your probate situation. Being that every state has different laws. Here in GA, if a person has POA over a person and they pass away, the property must still go to probate court. Because, the POA no longer exist, due to the person’s death. Sometimes probate court can be a short or lengthy process depending on how backed up the courts are. But, once your seller fills out and files the necessary documents. Everything should move accordingly, hopefully they are granted the executor/trix of the estate with a leave to sale motion on the property. Did the sister have a will in place? Even though all wills must still go through probate, but if she had a will it might be easier for the courts to decide who is the executor/trix over the estate. Good luck with it, I know it will work out. You got it!
