As a father and husband, I prefer WFH as much as possible to enjoy time with the family. RTO impacts fathers as well but we know we must do what we can to bring money in to support the family. If this means letting our wives spend time with the children while we work and miss out on activities, then we do whatever is needed. Executives should stop enforcing RTO and base hiring and firing on productivity. Lacking productivity should cause the individual to be disciplined, not the whole workforce.

I love how you say inequality while saying working moms need this. You don't think working dad's deserve those same things? I don't need additional time with my kids. Who by the way I usually take time off work to do appointments and sick days for the kids.
