Any details on the large Lake Buccaneer with the backwards engine ?
This is a scratch built plane, did all the build and worked out the engine pod and angle of attack for the engine. Has a twin gas engine size I don’t know. The builder passed away two years ago.

Hi there! Great video - a question for you. Is this club in BC only for advanced enthusiasts in aeromodelling? I see huge scale planes and people coming with their trailers, looks a bit intimidating. I just moved to Vernon BC, late 20s looking to get into the hobby. Maybe start with a RTF kit or something. Is this the wrong space to be in? Are there any members of similar experience with flying?

I should say that these pictures were not taken with a Drone. I was using a 600mm lens. Yes thanks to the hard working pilots, ground crews, and support people for working this and all fires anywhere. Thanks for keeping us safe.

Hi, Les, this is what you will need to know for the Transport Canada droned test..mandatory as of June 1, 2019 outside of MAC flying fields... it only costs 5 bucks and you can rite the test as many times as you want..you will get a pilot licence and a registration number to put on your drone...Good luck bud :) ... ua-cam.com/video/ut44cLyXWLk/v-deo.html

My first attempt at filming & editing a clip like this
Thats an old Kalt 22 cc gas engine. Known today as the Zenoah G23. It spins a 16 x8 prop just under 8k. I think its a good match
