i think "elite" mean cnc have big can make anythink what need at cnc, thats mean table size has perfect 3 meter long Y axis and 2 meter wide X axis, then can use all size what normal need. spindle need be strong about 2,2KW or more, stepper motors minimum have 4-12Nm etc. can millig any material what want. and only idiot waste lot money 4000-6000$ onefinity etc, cnc machine because same and better cnc can build ewery normal men in garage lot lot cheapen and buy lot better drivers, motors, rails, spindle than ower expensive onefinity have.

    • @42Pursuit

So basically you're claiming that you can do bigger, better, faster, and stronger for less than $6k? Prove it, show some examples of what you're talking about.

@@42Pursuit excample, onefinity uses small nema 23 motors not lot torque, about 2Nm and my machine have 3-6Nm motors about 30-50$/motor. can cutting etc, metal, aluminium and motors not sure lose steps, drivers hav biggest can use biggest current motors, not lose steps, SBR rails have big strong , spindle have lot biggest not need many pass run all materials fast and deep milling, controller have cheap no waste money and all same have than expensive controller ,mean breakoutboard, 20$ software, linuxcnc have only true REAL TIME control, not windows etc non safety control, linuxcnc have lot more flexiple software can build own controll display and add lot lot more additional tools and programs etc, makros, hall programs etc, all what user want do build own display and control panels, important have rails can buy lot cheapen and have better, drivers can buy cheap but better big, controller board can buy cheap and better not need buy and change ALL drivers if one go broken lot cheapen and comfortable to user, motors can buy and select best for user what need use ,woodworking or metal working or others, spindle can buy lot better biggest safe silent water cooled how big user want, can add lot external tools and automation and makros and softwares than all ready expesive machine, etc, my machine have better all parts than 6000$ onefinity and cost to me only 1200$ if want update lot better strongest motors etc tools can make it cheap no waste money than idiot. safe lot money, hobby user have normal limited budget only idiot waste lot many thousand dollar stupid small basic machine if can build same easy in garage own hand lot better machine, and safe many thousand dollar money. who idiot waste 4000 or 6000$ small worst machine if can ewery normal men build lot better machine at home. less than 1000 or 2000$ this is safe lot money and have better machine. and user can make table working size what ewer want or need own hobby working, 1M x1M or 5M x5M table size what user own hobby need, hobby user not need waste lot money than pro factory waste money. my point have idiot waste lot money and smart men make own machine lot lot cheapen and can use all parts what own hobby need, not have small owerprice factory machine option only.

Im in the UK, i bought about x16 of these lights (Moya and Barrina). Literally the month of the years warranty for UK electrical products has just passed, and i only just noticed that all the lights are still emitting light (on) when the side switch is set to off. This means i get no refund from all thdse lights (over £130). I didn't know this could happen. Company said its problem with the connector but they have all failed now, seem to go all at once. And the problem I have had is i didn't notice it sooner as rhe light when its switched to off is very dim, so couldn't tell unless looking in the dark. The light when off is now no where near as dim so thats when i noticed; the fault gets worse. The LEDS glow more light when they ade off, the longer its been faulty. So had I of known to of checked then for a fault in the dark or evening, I would of pucjed this up months ago and got a refund. Anf secondly since they emmit light constantly (even wheh off at the side switches) and they are on a timer - I am burning money at night time and all through the day when some have been switched to off during the day - but on daisy chain so others may be on. Say some are on because im growing seeds. This is all aling shelving so they have to be on a timer on a daisy chain set up. I am bot going to be switching them all off by side switches , and switching off at the timer. Only ti very morning switch all thr side switches on, which would also involve me going up a ladder, and then switching the main switch on ,and doing that every evening too. What are my cheap strip light alternatives, that are the same size, cost slim design the UK. I don't want to spend £130 each year, throw more plastic in landfill and have to keep checking them in the dark. I also need something that is an alternative in the UK for the same price and cant find anything! The colour temperature also needs to be the same. I feel gutted. I mean in one shelving I have 9 daisy lights together on different shelves, on a timer and when the timer is set to off all the light LEDS are still glowing, now very strongly in the evening. If only i knew this sooner! What do i do for a replacement brand!!!?

@42pursuit any ideas on the above issue, because it's not led lights failing, but they don't go off when the side switch is set to off. Any ideas on UK replacement suggestions please , I'm desperate to know. .same size and colour temperature as the T5s (30cm)?

mine does not have the same setting of a catridge, it just got two little valves for hot and cold water and I just turned the hot water valve with a flat screw driver until I got the hot water coming out. Every video I saw that used sanding / grit in the initial process used much finer grades -- such as 1,00, 2,000, & 3,000 grade sequentially. I think the acetone vapor method might have been much more effective with those grades (in fact one demo suggested it was); not sure I want to mess with the volatility of heated acetone though.

My shower started leaking and at the same time became only hot water. I replaced this valve and it fixed the leak but I still only have hot water. I tried flipping the valve with no luck. Any advice?

The first thing that comes to mind is sometimes the inlet ports can get clogged with hard water minerals or with chunks of o-rings or gaskets as they degrade. These ports are the two slits in the metal housing that the mixer valve is removed from on the left and right and can be somewhat visually inspected with the mixer valve removed. I've sometimes taken a small hook tool or bent piece of metal to poke around and feel if there's anything lodged in the port.

the Moen valve in this video is called a, "Posi-Temp" which uses a 1222 cartridge which sells for about 80 dollars...prior to the development of the "Posi-temp" valve, Moen's push/pull Moentrol valve used the 1225 cartridge which sells for about 35 dollars...the 1222 cartridge has the balancing spool built into the cartridge, whereas the valve that uses the 1225 cartridge has the balancing spool #1423 is separate and cost about 50 dollars...to solve the lack of or unbalance of water flow in either valve can be solved easily done in the Posi-Temp with a cartridge change because it contains the balancing spool...BUT IF IT'S A PUSH/PULL MOENTROL VALVE THAT USES THE 1225 CARTRIDGE YOU WILL NEED TO UNSTICK OR REPLACE #1423 BALANCING SPOOL...BUT IF YOU'RE SOLVING A DRIPPING VALVE ON EITHER OR VALVES REPLACING THE CARTRIDGES WILL FIX THE ISSUE BUT NOT A UNBALANCE ISSUE

Repeat the test, but find an old headlight assembly off a junk car. It HAS to be polycarbonate plastic. MEK is a wicked paint stripper that burns like hell if you get even a tiny smear on your skin … what’s worse, soap and water won’t wash it off! I found out the hard way that 91% isopropyl alcohol rinses it off pretty well, and I suspect methyl alcohol would work as well but I never tried it. You said, and did, some things that imply your knowledge of materials science and organic chemistry in general are severely lacking, and simply trusting your ‘comfort level’ while you play around with potentially dangerous things you don’t know much about could result in some really bad consequences. It’s just my opinion, but I would advise you to bone up, or stand down. Consider teaming up with someone with some knowledge and expertise. You never know- there could be a retired chemistry professor or petroleum engineer who is lonely and bored living right down the street or around the corner. The amount of free advice, experience, knowledge and skill available on just UA-cam is nothing short of astonishing.

Thanks for the idea, I made one though it is slightly different than yours but just as effective. I posted a video of mine here ua-cam.com/video/_UED2iFFsKk/v-deo.html

you lost me at "circle cutting jig". NOPE. This is way too much work YOu are basically building a TRANSFORMER. I'll just rake and use a leaf blower

Cool. I had been considering changing my 4' florescent shop lights to LEDs. Seeing this though has made me reconsider that. My florescent lights work just fine and as my shop is painted white I have plenty of light in there. I guess if it ain't broke I shouldn't fix it, lol. Heck, one bank of them is probably as old as I am with a big sand ballast resistor in it and still works fine.

I wonder if one of those new red link pin style belts would offer less vibration as they have no "memory". What brand riser block did you use on your saw if you don't mind my asking? I have a Delta 28-276 and have been wanting to make these same changes to mine.
