Hello, L'embouteillage de la vidéo a été mis en bouteille le 10/2022 ou le 03/2024 ? J'ai trouvé une version 44% et 46.5% mais pas 46.4%, c'est une erreur ? Quelle est précisément les caractéristiques de la bouteille de la vidéo ? Merci d'avance et bravo pour le travail que vous réalisez ^^

Hé Benjamin. Thank you for the review! The label is indeed inspired on the sportsummer we had. The Lions refer to the original logo from Laurichesse (Lion-Lioness and 3 French tullips which refers to their kids), we also used a lion on our 3 previous Laurichesse releases.

I liked this one a fair bit more than you (I would probably give a 91), but I also found that the nose was closed off and cask driven and that is what mostly holds it back for me. I enjoy the mango on the palate, and I really love this dessert butter rancio I find towards the finish.

Château Garreau macht zweifelsohne sehr guten Armagnac. Um die zwanzig Abfüllungen konnte ich bis dato probieren. Aber was für ein unsäglicher Preis! Derart sportlich bepreiste Abfüllungen meide ich, ganz egal wie sorgfältig ein Fass ausgesucht worden sein soll oder mit was für einem schicken Label sie daherkommen. Ich hoffe, dass diese Art von unabhängigen Abfüllungen langfristig nicht das Preisgefüge vom Armagnac zerstören, wie es beim Whisky bereits geschehen ist. Ansonsten schönes Video, auch wenn ich bei Deiner Aussprache der "Champagne" immer etwas zusammenzucke.

Garreau is low tier Armagnac for me. I have the 1975 Asta Maurice that was under €200, this price seems way too high

Love the review! 1971-2015 is 44yrs, not 52. Very luxurious packaging on these old Legrands and Lherauds, I love it. I have the 1970 that is 48%, I liked it a lot

Thanks for the review! I just bought a Darroze from something called Domaine de Bertruc, Bas-Armagnac, 1984/2007 (23 ans), 47%. It is really, really good. So I’ll be looking more into the different Darroze bottlings 🙏🏻

I love what I've had from Vallein Tercinier. Their Hors d'Age is my favorite Cognac, and I have a bottle of Lot 88 Bons Bois on the way.
