In reviewing your crash, my determination was that you "booted". Exactly as you said, the inside leg/boot hit the left weighted ski and took the pressure off that ski, which rarely recoverable. Is it possible that we're stabbed by the gate anchor? But wow, you were skiing awesome at that point and was ahead of the clock. It would have been sweet to get that 100th win at Killington, but it will come, when it comes, don't sweat it. Speedy recovery...🎉

Sports create these gorgeous idols, the most beloved influencers, the best celebrities we need for the young generations. I felt bewitched of Olympic athlets since I was six years old or so. Later on I tried to become a marathon runner. My fragile body had no intentions to cooperate but the spirit is unforgettable, you can bet on it. The fun for running, running on snow, enjoying the speed, the breath, the training, the chance to travel and socialize within the sports teams, sports business are too worthy to be dropped. A champion's career is short but the popularity is forever, sports are helping young generations get a reputation, a chance, sports raise us all better humans you can bet on it. Therefore if you use web technologies to encourage sports business, I am the biggest supporter of yours guys. Skiing is helping people stay closer to the natural beauties and manage local resources better, therefore, wish you guys all the luck in the world. Never stop believe in, put undernearh the Christmas tree a lot of sports gifts🎉❤🎉

😂 "First time racing in Beaver Creek" << have seen this on quite a few racer intros; talkin' about a new Generation ..!

I wonder if these racers' ski techs (presumably mostly Europeans) are baffled by our drier snow? So many good runs (1st interval within 0.30) have them losing over 1.2sec on the bottom 60% of the course. Another factor is certainly the thin air; remember that the base of "The Beav" is a higher elevation than many French ski stations (like Flaine & Avoriaz, etc). Zermatt & Chamonix rival Colorado heights, of course. ❄️❄️🥂❄️❄️

Another fall because of the aggressive skis. When will the FIS learn that ski racing is only safe with straight skis? He was just lucky! I would not yell, but thank god.

Do you see what she did wrong just before this accident? Her hips went to the snow, but before that; her shoulders were square with the fall line. She has a habbit of it periodicaly. During the year of Covid, she was doing this allot and falling. Last year she was doing fine, but from the beginning of this year until now she's doing it again. I would like to see her do well, I don't have communication with her so maybe she will be informed of this. Goodluck Mikaela. 😊
