    Why is the onus of "change" always invariably on men? Maybe women should assert their own autonomy in pursuing their ambitions. I don't see anyone advocating for more "inclusive" changes to made to female-dominated fields to accommodate men, in fact, it's interesting that the mere existence of a "male-dominated" field is defacto considered a problematic manifestation of "male privilege"; especially considering that the majority of "male-dominated" fields are working class manual labor jobs that society systemically undervalues relative to white-collar fields which tend to female-dominated. Of course, feminists have always enjoyed having their cake and eating it too, so these double standards are hardly surprising.

    Sure they have the skills to be leaders, but why is it only c-suite positions we talk about? Why dont they get into bricklaying, roadwork, plumbing etc.. ?

      Could this be because women only want "equality", when it suits them? If the job involves hard physical labour. Then it makes sense to employ a man, not a woman.

      Because they want superiority, not equality. My sister, on the other hand, is a licenced auto mechanic who, when working on bigger vehicles, will sit ON the engine block and reach down into the guts of the beast, cause she's too tiny to lean over it, but she muscles her way through every task at 5'4 with no help. First woman and only woman in her department at Air Canada across the entire nation.

      Great question! Leadership isn’t just about titles or being in the C-suite-it's about influence, vision, and driving positive change, no matter the role or industry. Bricklaying, roadwork, plumbing-these are critical jobs that require leadership too. Whether you're on a construction site or in a boardroom, leading with purpose and passion makes a real impact. Leadership skills are versatile and valuable everywhere!
