I heard a telepathic voice in my head in 2018 while meditating. The telepathic voice said, "Pray, meditate, eat good food, drink good water, wake up early, work your body, wash your clothes by hand. Stay humble, calm and focused. Stay kind. Write, speak, sing with your heart. You will do great things for your people, make it right." The voice also said this to me: To achieve spiritual harmony, integrate your physical, spiritual, and astral bodies through mindful breathing practices. This union will illuminate your inner light, connecting your earthly form to your celestial essence. As you ascend to higher planes of consciousness, embrace the divine radiance within your soul. Heed the timeless wisdom whispered by your heart, the seat of your soul's voice. By radiating love and light in every thought and action, your soul will soar to new heights of awareness, ultimately connecting to the realm of the Divine. Begin by sitting or lying down comfortably, closing your eyes, and relaxing all the muscles in your body. Take slow, intentional breaths, visualizing the radiant light that permeates all existence. Inhale deeply, filling your lungs with pure, white light, and exhale fully, releasing all negativity. Envision this luminescence enveloping you, seeping into every cell, and filling your heart with its essence. With each breath, the light grows brighter, becoming the very fabric of your being. In this state of unity, you will understand the fundamental nature of the universe: pure, unconditional love. As you continue to breathe in the radiance, you want to breathe very, very slowly with your belly, keeping your chest still. Time loses meaning, and reality's boundaries blur. You become one with the light. In this sacred space, you can now direct the light to a specific part of your body, visualize your aura growing more vibrant, or shine the light on someone you focus on, cultivating a deeper connection. Pretty wild if you ask me! Thus because of what I heard.... I'm going nuts... haha

my indian grandfather was an architect and build homes for tibetan refugees back in the 50´s in Dharamsala. He was from Delhi, but he went there anyway to build the houses. The Dalai Lama also visited him once at home, my father was 2 years old at that time. Im happy that they can preserve most of their knowledge, but its tough now to secure the future of it.

Great video but I might add: Buddhism never died in India, Gautama the Buddha is referred to as the 8th incarnation of Vishnu in Hinduism. Buddhism is a hindu sect. Gautama himself worked with concepts of hindu origin. Tibetans always referred to India as the guru of Tibet, even the Dalai Lama in our time said so. People in the west are not familiar with ancient India, only with some stories they heared. And with materialistic eyes you cannot see its entire history, not even the present India. The reason, why Buddhism spread outside India and "hinduism" didnt (or at least not much), was Nalanda University and king Ashoka. But it derived from Hinduism and Hinduism recognized buddhists as hindus, just like Tibetan yogis or Lamas recognized that their roots are in knowledge which originated in India.

Satori is one thing, having your mind cleared another, and being burned alive by the cosmic flame of the buddhas is something else. That's how it is. You will spend a few years getting used to it. Your body will feel like an open sky, and there will be no going back. This is what scholars and disciples don't have immediate access to. Knowing the various names for it is one thing. Once it hits you, you certainly could go mad, or possibly even die if you can't cooperate with it. This is why establishing the power of focus, faith and moral purity through years of practice is important so your nervous system will be conditioned properly. Bless!

I think as with Christianity an organized religion evolved after both the Buddha and the Christ left us . These religions in many respects become almost alien to the teacher. Seek the true message outside of the religion. There is true beauty and knowledge there.

5:08 You are absolutely correct, the translation from Bhuddhist Hybrid Sanskrit to Tibetan language is top notch. It is said, the translation took almost 300 years😮😮😮. Whole, Empire was involved in the process. sometime, i really think that, those great Indian Bhuddhist scholars and Maha-Siddas already had a future vision that soon Bhuddhism will disappear from India. Tibetan language is very flexible, just change prefix and suffix, you can get a new word.

Thank you for your beautiful video. I am oriented towards Chinese Pure Land Buddhism. There they say that Master Shando laid the foundation for this movement. Or can it all be traced back to Japan? And there is also confusion in the various organizations about the number of times you should chant Amitabha Buddha's name. Some people say that this should be done as often as possible. Also, some people say that this should be done at the moment of death. Otherwise you will not enter Amitabha's Pure Land. Can you please explain this? Thanks in advance!🙏Namo Amitabha Buddha ❤

What a great presentation that tries to get out of Western biases. My comments would be: 1. Dukkha translated as stress" is strange when you consider it's used also to refer to physical pain (ie dukkha and sukha). I think this is an overcorrection by Western teachers. The Buddha in the Dharmachakkra sutra means Samsara sucks, Mahayana says he actually means our perceptions make it suck, neither is saying it's hunky dory. 2. The fifth precept means no alcohol. In Japan it's looser because of the Meiji reformation/Kamakura sects, not because it's interpreted to mean something different. Of course alcohol in food and medicine doesn't count, so there's some fudging that went on even before Meiji (i.e. "wisdom water" in winter). 3. Traditionally monastics in East Asia were Buddhist vegetarian, which often meant vegan. Again, that's relaxed today in Japan because of the Meiji reformation/Kamakura sects, not lower expectations. Major monasteries of Heian and Nara sects still only serve vegetarian food (usually vegan or lactovegetarian.)

  • @joa8593

It's too bad the discussion of Kamakura Buddhism excluded the revival of Nara Buddhism. For example, the Shingon-Risshu sect sought to bring back the Vinaya patrimoksha of the Risshu sect. This adds perspective to the idea that the established sects and other new sects were decadent rather than just out of touch, even though today these movements largely died out for political reasons.

Mahayana Buddhism teaches the same universe as the real one, too. The three thousand worlds (三千世界) have a hierarchical structure, the same as the real universe with its galaxies, galaxy clusters, and bubble structures. The space of the universe is infinite, and time flows from the infinite past to the future. In the dust-like world (十方微塵世界) where the law of causality (因果応報) rules, there are countless Buddha lands (十方浄土). This indicates the existence of countless terrestrial planets. The real person, the Buddha, visited a world in the west, that is, the world of stars the sun sets, and he spoke about it himself because he wanted to talk about his wonderful experience. (無問自説) In Esoteric Buddhism (密教), the personification of the universe, Vairocana Buddha (大日如来), teaches the flowering of Buddha nature through compassion and wisdom. We are born in the universe, so we are part of Vairocana and are Buddhas in born. (即身成仏) The Avatamsaka Sutra (華厳経) preaches the truth of the universe, that one is many and many is one (一即多・多即一), that the universe exists in dust or the pores of the skin, and the fractal multiverse. The time may come when we can attain the state of Buddha of sāgara-mudrā-samādhi (海印三昧) in a laboratory. In this infinite universe, the Eternal Buddha (久遠仏) of the Lotus Sutra (法華経) shows the existence of an infinite cycle of life together monotheism. God creates man, man attains enlightenment and becomes Buddha, the wisdom of Buddha fully realizes the essence of life, and when Buddha uses his wisdom to synthesize DNA and man appears, the Buddha becomes a God. God, man, and Buddha are syncretized, and this continues to rotate through compassion. From the above, I think Buddhism is a teaching of the path to awakening which came from the sky. (梵天勧請)
