An interesting story leading up to her big breakthru. Her struggle oddly enough, reminds me of Hank William's of playing in South Alabama watering holes carrying billy clubs for protection from locals who didn't like their girls oohing and ahhing over the band and Hank. Both had a long apprenticeship if you will before becoming overnight successes and its both their voices that can evoke all kinds of emotions beyond your typical country music star
