I’m def here for the keto recipes!! Keep them up! If you can make a keto fried chicken somehow that’d be great. Iv tried using pork rinds for the “breadcrumb” coating.

I've make something like this for 1 serving in a large ramekin. Black olives for me for the good fats and no peppers (lectins) unless they're peeled and deseeded first. Anchovies also add protein and good fat. And I like a sprinkling of fresh Parmesano-Reggiano.
Good idea to use a ramekin.

Thanks for this recipe.🙂 I have seen variations, but I really like that you included the vegetables in a way that their juices cook right into the pizza instead of like in other videos saying to cook them separately and then just add them and only heat up the pizza long enough to melt the cheese. I'm definitely going to make this.

Really like this idea & going to give it a try cause I love pizza. I have watched a few videos that make a type of "bread" that is made w/ground up nuts that could possibly be used on the bottom of the pizza. I will experiment.🙃 One video I watched said that the pre-shredded cheeses were dusted w/flour or a similar starch. I'll have to check the ingredients on the packages cause that was news to me. I shred block cheese I’m my processor . A big amount at a time. Like 2 or 3 blocks and put portions in freezer bags to freeze until I needed more cheese. So much quicker.
I used Puff pastry and it worked very well.
