ehh no beta alanine and in the fine print it says "no stim" but it's supposed to be a high stim pre :(
the stim blend on the bottom of the label it's says caffeine and English walnut and alpha yohimbine and some others but to me this pre is a death wish didn't like it at all

sure u can ....with this product you can use it anytime on the day even on your off days as well
i think there was some study that mentioned creatine absorbing better post-workout, but as long as u get it in it doesn't really matter (0.1x your bodyweight in kilos, for example - I'm 100kg so I drink 10g)

I've been eating vegetarian for the past month with Green Chef but still felt exhausted whenever I'm at work. So I just supplement my meat intake with these pills and I actually do notice a difference. I work at a warehouse and I usually get tired two hours into my shift and reach for an energy drink. Now I don't even need an energy drink. 😂

This is a really good pre. No bad side effects at all and good energy. I would also call it a beginner stim-junkie pre. For the harder stim junkies, it may be too soft lol.

I'll say adidas prime x strung 2.0 it's a little on the expensive side but some websites have them on discount depending on the size however you won't regret it ..it's comfortable for mid range and long you feel fresh the next day with over 55mm stack hight they gonna last you a really long time...mine still super good and comfy I love them 💪💪💪
