Whoever designed that neighbourhood is a fool. Making all the water flow towards the properties. I guess the old saying "If life gives you lemons, make lemonade" applies here, and you definitely made some nice lemonade. Well done to you and the kids. I think it's probably a good idea to think about making a pond to divert all that water to once it gets onto your site but of course the best thing to do is divert as much of it as you can before it even comes onto it

You're an artist, Sir! Each manufactured stone is unique with wire reinforcement and removal of grass below. They all have unique shading too. I've done some of this with standard premade HD forms and must say, this is impressive. The color editing as they harden; artist level.

The testing part bite you a little bit there buddy. I just acquired my daughters dog and it busted out of the rotten gate I’ve got. The little toot was missing for 6 days. I found him thanks to FB forums, scared and soaked to the bone by a pond about half a mile from the house. I’m surprised he survived. I’m going to get all this equipment today and put it up tonight. The “zap” may seem cruel to some people, but it’s a lot better than getting killed by a car or starving to death.
