Are you saying you had to make four batches of the frosting to cover 24 cupcakes. As in I would need a total of 2 lbs of M&P?

This is hands down the best recipe I've used! I use a little less carrier oil and add 1 tsp poly 80 for staining to be safe. Otherwise, great recipe! I live in South Florida, so it's a bitch to get bath bombs to hold right, but this one works for me! Damp rid all over my work room too!

This is a great recipe but what about the bubbles? That is what I want the frosting to have. Have you tried adding the SLSA product to this before?

I seriously don’t get why so many people use their $200 - $400 Kitchen Mixer to mix bath bomb or other body products. Why don’t you use a cheap hand held mixer instead? Why don’t you use the mixer you use to make the frosting with...? If you don’t have Cream of Tarter then Kaolin Clay can be used to replace it. It’s best to sift your ingredients to and if you want the bombs to be bubbly then add 1/4 Cup SLSA But be careful as it is a fine air Born powder , I add my SLSA before adding any other powders

I tried this recipe. I actually had it but it used Shea Butter which was a mess don’t ever do that one! So I changed out the Shea Butter for a good amount of cocoa butter and yes it got firm and it was still soap actually really nice soap to be honest BUT there is no way that I could ship it like that! I use the clam cupcake cups there way bigger then the cups u use cause I agree if ur spending good money for a bath bomb u should get a nice size bomb I make my royal icing with SLSA so it’s bubble bath and the sugar does dissolve and I pipe a good amount not as much as urs only cause the bath bomb is big. Now the size u make those r my small size but I still used the bubble bath frosting. I’m going to be trying to change my frosting over to pipe-able hard bubble bath so I don’t have to use royal icing. But this it stiffened and firmed but it got everywhere I never want to shop someone something and they get it melted or destroyed. If someone wants to come pick them up then ok but stuff gets thrown around during shipping and I knew they would get messed up. Does that ever happen to u. Maybe I’m doing something wrong. Cause it’s looked bouncy not bouncy but firm enough to have a give and not smear or fall apart . Maybe u can give me info on something I’m missing. Can u make a video on how u package it n ship it plz. Cause the Royal icing gets so rock hard I can shrink wrap them and it’s not a problem so I know being shrink wrap it’s getting there in one piece. So maybe u can help w this. Ur cupcakes were absolutely stunning by the way!!!!

So you can pour the melted soap in anything. There isn't something special required?

Quick question. I'm in the UK and foaming bath whip is not available here, so it would seem. I can get foaming cocoa butter. Do you think this would work?

I just got my father inlaw to make me a wooden mould as I already have the loaf mould on its own and I have just ordered the crafters choice one from the Aussie partner of Bramble berry called Aussie Soap Supplies. And if bought my lil moulds from eBay for $1 from China - biggest thing about ordering from China is it takes up the literally 8wks to come

I made this recipe and I had a terrible time trying to pipe before it started setting up. All my ingredients were the exact as yours. I was so hoping that I found the perfect sugar free frosting...I just can figure out what else I can do. I did see that making it in small batches was the best way to go about it. I was constantly having to remelt and whip...over and over. I am going to give it another go girl!! This time I will see if I can conquer this frosting!! Thanks so much!! : ) TFS!!

Ok I am confused. I thought thepolysorbate 80 was so the micas do not adhere to the bathtub walls? I have had some probes with that, so I purchased some from Brambleberry. I only use micas to paint the bomb on top, and not all over it. So do you add the V and the slsa on the same one, or you have to use one or the other. Hope you can answer, and thank you. :)
