Clay gober the bassist was in 1 band before polyphia and he started out as a guitar player then played bass for polyphia. Clay A. The drummer, don't think he was in any band before polyphia. He used to be drummer in high school marching band. Went to college for like 4 or 5 years and quit drumming during that whole time. He graduated from college and worked in office job for few years. He got super bored with that job and decided to quit and started to get back drumming again, this time as a serious drummer and musician and practiced a lot. Clay A. Drummer got a small gig filling in for drummer from one of the bands that was playing in Dallas show I think. And polyphia happened to be there too on the lineup and they asked Clay after his show to come play as drummer for polyphia. And the rest is history. I might have gotten some very minor details wrong but that's the gist of it.

Tim has really long fingers. HE said it himself that his playstyle is much easier to play due to his long fingers. Its how he can hit some notes really fast due to his long reach with his fingers on the neck.

You’ve put it perfectly, Dirty Loops are their own style and genre, which is ALL of them and then some… What I so like about them is that they don’t take themselves too seriously. As someone said, they take their music dead serious, but themselves? Not too much :) Henrik with a fake arm, fake double necked bass-footage (‘double bass’) and fake split legs, all the whilst being a badass bass god, is just so funny. In the credits he said that ‘the tone is all in his fingers’. Too right man! Although a lot of it here is also in his pedal board :D Aron with the supersized kit, pedalling away with two legs, Jonah in his glitter outfit - they’re just such goofs ;) The credits are world unto itself, with a lot of Swedish in-jokes, like the beatboxing lady…. Like you I cannot wait for what’s next. As you said in the beginning: with Dirty Loops one never knows what’s around the corner. Greatness, for sure. 🙏☺️👍 Your eyes at 2:24 😳 And tapping out at 3:00 🤣 They do have a great Swedish guitarist on board for this track, Carl Mörner Ringström.
