John day river big horn sheep hunt 2022
Friend drew the coveted big horn sheep tag for the John day river. Spent 8 days floating the river and ended on a high note when he tagged out.

Me and the homie wanted to get one last hunt in before the season was over this year. Drove out to my moms in Eastern Oregon and received permission to hunt the farmers corn field across the street. Turned out to be the best hunt of the year, 14 green heads in about an hour. Weather was 5 degrees and everything was frozen solid, perfect conditions for this day!!

Congratulations i had an Aldrich mountain tag in 2022 and was fortunate to take a 179 4/8" ram

Man I love that area, just saw ~16 female bighorn on a hike the other day, first time I've actually seen those things.
