This is a 2 BR / 1 BA / 1294 sq ft fully restored house that was originally build in 1918 when Garden City was mostly apple orchards. This house has 9 ft ceilings, refinished heart of pine floors, and open concept kitchen & dining room. The wide central hall was preserved as was the turn-of-the century front door with beveled glass. There are tall windows in every room that let in beautiful lig...

the fly paper is a nice touch they added
I would have to use the LR with the propane fp as a dining room. You will save on taxes after tearing off the additions! Lots of work, good luck.
What hp is your tractor
130hp
@@tonyfontana8222 the Kubota LX2610 (the tractor shown in the video) has 24.9 hp
I use to live up there when I was kid 49 yrs ago. I use to ride dirt bike on the left side believe it was johnson mountain and fish at the dam with my dad all the time. Thanks for the memories
and.... this is why i dont buy used. dude just cruz around dont gun it atleast for a few hours
I see a huge issue with the gutter downspout blowing water DIRECTLY on the tank. Move the gutter so that it ejects water below the level of the tank for sure. Maybe if that great volume of water is not flowing directly onto the tank far less water will find its way. I definitely would reseal and not use the Poly loc system but use the Tuff Tite as I think they seal better.
Does ear piercing hurt?
Nicely done!
Everyone In here is throwing a fit. I bet this ski is still running fine. These things are built to run hard and put away wet.
Yes, let’s get some development happening!
So are you still selling it?
Howdy Neighbor! (We are on the other side of Pete).
Does it still work today? Thinking of getting mine oil cooled as well
Hi, nice work! Is it running still today? Have you experienced some material failure, like rubber parts corrosion or something similar?
Hi Dr , where did you buy the surgycam ? And how much?
I can help you with that. Email me at tomv@surgite.com
Does this Prop take a 2 piece Flo Torq reflex hub kit?
what part of the lake is this?? did everywhere flood??
How high up is that? Like 10-12 feet?
Lot of things don't have break in periods now. Break it in like you are gonna ride it
Is this still for sale?
so much for the break in..bet that engine is doing well....smh..
break in is bullshit
@@supertreme5559 tell that to the engine
todays standard on factory engines are very good. and the engine is already broken in otherwise you would have to change the oil when the break in period on 10hours is done, but you dont. thats why its bullshit. because the engines are already broken in
@@supertreme5559 i just got one and it says in the manual to run it for 5 mins at 2000tpm then do 4000rmp or under for next 90 mins...and to change oil at 10 hours.. im defiantly not guna run it like this guy did..lol
Break in period? Lol for what 😂
Great. A video describing an idea. I could have had my 9 year old do that. How about, here’s how I did it, here are the issues I encountered, and here is how I resolved the issues. Voila.
Can still get to the jetskis! (...priorities...)
It's all fun and games until someone dents the jet-ski... (and he hits lefty?? well done)
Great Stuff Peter and Jeb! Cousin Dickie :)
Jet skiing is so fun. Is this on a lake?
Cool jet ski dude. I wish I had a jet ski like that.
What was your trim serting
Test mechanic hit in the face by a duck and was killed on Crystal Lake.
I built, and still use, a mineral oil cooled home entertainment computer several years ago. While I am a fan of of these there are things to consider that others have commented on. Eventually the heat will build up, you used a lot of oil so it will take a while. You have probably found that out by now. You can fix that issue by adding a radiator to the pump using viton hose. Don't use any other kind of hose. Adding a 200mm fan to the radiator will still keep it very quiet. I added a thermometer controlled relay on mine to start and stop the pump to keep the oil cool. This build looks very clean. Why do you have it hidden in your utility room? Show it off! Move it to the office. Be mindful of the extreme wicking action of the mineral oil if you decide to add the hoses. Nice looking build.
I require drone footage.
does it still run?
Awesome
Hi, how are you? Can I use the jitsky in the winter ? Is there a danger if the sea is rough?
Alright man
For all the people saying engine break in is a myth and that some full throttle runs are recommended, yes. It is recommended to vary the engine rpms but this dude was hitting the rev limiter non stop. Ur atleast supposed to be a little careful and some full throttle runs but he was legit abusing the engine at 0 hours. I wanna see that ski when it hits 50 hours, if it makes it that long
I guess all this talk of break-in period is a bunch of bullshit. 😆
How much was the JetSki ?
this is not 2019 year yamaha
Yeah it's not, its 2020
This is the 2019. I own one.
The only thing that stopped him from pinning it at first was the no wake zone 😂😂😂😂😂😂😂😂😂😂😂😂 ALWAYS BREAK IN YOUR ENGINE KIDS
Louis Bordonaro reason why our Yamaha EX Sport says the top speed is 82 and we got 86 out of it with a mint break in period. Also have a Yamaha FX Cruiser HO and is run in mint as 👍👌
@@bmwloverboy320 Did you tune your EX?
At load the oil is going to slowly be heated. And that oil will eventually get near the actual temps of the cores as there is nothing cooling the oil except for passive radiation from the case. Keep in mind that this case is an insulator. Glass and plastic act this way. Water will give you 3rd degree burns at 150f or 65c. This things cores are in the 70's and low 80's on low. And the heat isn't actively being removed from the case. A water cooled 6850K at the same clock doesnt even go over 35c at all during an hour stress test, linked below. This thing is a fucking nightmare. Why go through all this work to make such a great piece, refuse to cool it and then hide it behind a wall? WTF? It's basically a vat of near boiling oil when it's running. And when it's running its slowly killing itself. www.tomshardware.com/reviews/intel-core-i7-broadwell-e-6950x-6900k-6850k-6800k,4587-8.html
Exactly what i think
This fat fuck needs to run like he drove it and break it in correctly. Fucking loser
What a bad break in procedure lol where the 5 min at idle and the rest hahaha dammm.. but its your ski hope you keep it
All the guys bitching about break in period obviously know nothing about the break in period. The killer for a new engine is prolonged periods at the same rpm. Even riding 30mph for long periods is hard on an engine during break in. Quick bursts on the throttle is recommended
Not when it has 0 hours ! You know nothing about pwc’s if you think that. Your supposed to actually keep it at a certain rpm for a certain time period. For example with the ski in this vid the gp1800 First 5 mins below 2000 rpm The next 90 mins below 5000 rpm 95 mins onwards ride it like you've escaped from prison
Great review Dr. Apel! We use a series of micro-cameras like this to broadcast surgeries live.
And this is why i don't buy 2nd hand
You should have put your drone in follow me mode
What happen to 6000rpm for 30 mins ughhh
