Hello everyone and welcome to my channel.
I have a variety of videos of the many works that I have created.
I have been an artist for many years in which I have studied and produced works of art in a variety of mediums. I work in mediums such as acrylic, watercolors, and oil paints, pen and ink, graphite pencil, charcoals and pastels. I also love to create jewelry and pottery. @@fathimaa4331 Thank you for your comment. 😊 The open bezel is placed onto resin tape, the sticky side faces up so you can stick the bezel onto it. The tape stops the resin from flowing under the bezel. Then I place it on a small silicone mat so that I can move it around easily to cure under the UV/LED light.

oh snap! Hiya! as you know I started painting and now do pours as well. bought some resin for coating acrylic pours and decided to buy some earring molds. Got the hardware and made a first batch of earrings and someone wanted to know if I could do post earrings. So I searched for "how to make post style resin earrings" and your video here was the in the top few results on google. So I just looked at it. Now I know how to do it. It was not until after I looked at the whole thing that I saw it was you! MY COUSIN!!! How is that for karma! By the way this is your cousin Jim Winters in case it does not say so. I am still stoked about this!
@@onemorew That is wonderful. I can't believe my video popped up for you. I have a lot of videos on earrings. A lot are with earring hooks, but depending on the style, you can put posts on instead. I bet your acrylic pours look great. There's a video of the pours I did on here. I just used the acrylics I already had to make them. I didn't buy anything special for the pours and then I just used varnish to protect them. Resin will make them super shiny. Have fun working on your projects. Can't wait to see them.

how do you clean off the wood? You said you use soap but couldnt that be dangerous as well?
@@ProvocativePixels Use Dawn dish detergent. Mix that with water. Wash the wood with the soapy water and rinse well with hot water. Let it dry and it's safe to use.

Is it stretchy? Can I make a phone case out of it, you think?
After the soft UV resin is cured, it is very pliable. I do think it could be used for a phone case. It would be easy to put on and take off because of its flexibility.

I used diamond glaze and like an idiot i touched and left a print. I tried to remove it with alcohol and smeared and dulled the diamond glaze. 😮 how to fix this? Do you know what i should have used?
That's terrible that it smeared. I have never used diamond glaze. I looked it up, but couldn't find any information on repairing it. I'm not exactly sure how diamond glaze works, I wonder if another layer on top would smooth and fix it. Please let me know how it turns out. I'm very interested in diamond glaze now.
If you PRE-WET the dried flowers with the UV resin, you will have far less bubbles. Submerge the flowers in a cup of resin sitting in a cup of warm water and let them sit, there will initially be a lot of bubbles trapped, and the heated resin is a thinner viscosity than room temperature, allowing the bubbles to rise easier. Agitate the flowers to allow the bubbles to rise and pop. Then add the resin soaked flowers to the partially filled bead molds, after running a plastic toothpick around to remove any bubbles stuck to the walls of the mold.
Thank you for the information. I have done that with other projects. Most of the time I don't get a lot of bubbles. With these beads, there were a few, but nothing major.
Love these, ssoooo pretty!! Try just cleaning out the bead holes with a round jewelry file before stringing, makes the hole smooth and it's much easier to string on a chain, cord, etc.
Thank you so much. 😊 Yes, you can use a file to make the hole smoother. That's a great idea. You can also use a grinder burr for jewelry in a drill device to clear out the hole or open it a bit wider.

First time I've seen fresh used. Usually they say make sure it's dries. Awesome work.
Thank you very much. I really appreciate your Pendant. 😊 I also did a video on fresh lilacs in uv resin. That also worked very well and I did an update on how the lilacs held up. The clover also looks as fresh as the day I put it in the pendant.

Is there a difference between epoxy resin and resin? Could I use epoxy resin for bangle bracelets?
There is a difference between the two resin. Two part epoxy resin, you mix equal parts, pour into mold and you wait for it to cure. UV resin, there is no mixing, the resin is in one bottle, pour into the mold and it is cured with a uv/LED light. You can use the two part epoxy to make this bracelet or any jewelry.
Interest for me ,what for Tools and Factory U.S.get (Creativity Applikation).
I used uv resin and a nail art painting kit. These items should be sold anywhere. If you can't find the supplies, you could paint on store bought beads. Then use a sealant like mod podge or clear nail polish and use bracelet elastic to put them together. I hope I helped with your question.

That is good that they have many things for creativity. It is the same here. I buy supplies all the time and try new things.
Would you like to make some money back on your molds. That you have so many . I am looking for a realistic rabbit mold. I am watching the video of yours that makes me have such thoughts. Hell if you mailed me a mold. It would probably get here quicker than T-Moo. And I want to make myself a rabbit 🐇. Rabbit is my totem animal😊
Thank you for your interest in my silicone molds. As of right now I am planning on using many of them for my videos. My rabbit molds I use most of all for magnets and keychains. Temu is rather fast with their delivery. I am not affiliated with Temu or Amazon, I purchase only what I want and will be using in the future. I am sorry I couldn't help you out.

Do wear a mask while working with uv resin? I just bought let’s resin brand uv resin and just couldn’t use it due to the smell. Although it says non toxic and safe to use around animals and children 🤔 first time using any type of uv resin. Any tips or advise ??
Definitely wear a mask and gloves. I don't wear them only for the video. I don't want uv resin my camera equipment. If wearing gloves, sometimes resin can get a little messy. Make sure you work in a well ventilated room. When curing, the odor increases because of the gases released. Start off doing a few simple molds. Don't run out and buy tons of supplies. You can use powdered eye shadow instead of mica powder, you can get beads and glitter from dollar stores. If you need to sand or file your piece (a paper nail file is good), wear a mask. I don't use uv resin any where near my pets. If you want to know any specific things, just ask. I did a video on resin tips you can check out. Have fun with your resin, don't worry too much, wear your safety gear and you should be good.
One more thing, I mentioned the pets. I would not use it around children. Also, I've seen other youtubers mention using it with kids. I do not recommend that at all. It is not safe for them even though it says nontoxic.

What is the drill? A Dremel?
You can definitely use a Dremel. The drill I use is a Hardell cordless rechargeable rotary tool. I like it because it's small and fits nicely in my hand. It comes with the drill bits. You can always get extra drill bits if you need them. I bought it on Amazon. a.co/d/h1aBOh9

I do were gloves and a mask for safety, just not when I make the video. I am in a well ventilated room. I can't talk with my respirator on. In some of my videos, I tell people to wear them for safety.

The mica powder I use is Yide Mica Powder, 20 colors. The link is in the description of the full video. I bought it on Amazon. Sometimes I use too much mica powder or dye with the uv resin and it doesn't cure all the way through, so I put it in the sun for an hour or so. That cures it really well, especially for larger pieces.
