I have an Aussie Shepherd.. She's a good dog. I really miss my ACD though, nothing like them. I used to say he was both the best dog I have ever had and the worst dog I ever had. He was very good at pushing your buttons that's for sure but that dog could learn anything and would do anything he was asked. Fearless too

Good video, accurate overall. Malinois are not good around young children (toddlers) but can be great with ages 7 and up with adult supervision. Our female Malinois LOVES pool-swimming-fetch sessions. Malinois have webbed toes and are good swimmers. I tossed her in the pool at 3 months just to see what she would do. She'd never been in water before, but instantly started doggie paddled around expertly like she was born to be a swimmer. She also LOVES tug-of-war with toys. Her on-land fetch is a little erratic because she wants to turn it into a game of keep-away when she brings the ball back. In the water, she will fetch reliably. In fact, she'll turn down a treat because she'd rather go do another length-of-the-pool-and-back fetch.

I just lost my Bichon Jake, who passed away in FEBRUARY. He was 19 years old. I am thinking that I might want another doggie but I'm allergic to dogs. Bichons have hair and I think yorkies do as well. I want a small dog as well. Another Yorkie feature. I am curious to know if there are Yorkie rescues in Tennessee. I've had 19 wonderful years with my beloved Jake but I'm getting lonely and if I can find a rescue I would be ecstatic..they are adorable and sassy, 🦴🐾🐶

My Cane Corso is truly smart loving and probably the best dog I have ever owned, but you have to do a lot of work with this breed! I would say if you get a dog like this training is imperative and socialization is necessary

Huskies are amazing dogs, but only have a husky if you like to be out and about , and you are able to work as a partnership

I've got a West German Show line GSD that I bought at 8 weeks old. He's now 11 months and developing into a fine pet and friend. Very loyal and follows me everywhere and loves to be by my side. Great dogs!

Similar dogs, but the presa is in general more reserved and somewhat more stubborn to work with. My experience is that the presa also need more space to patrol. They just love to go around to guard the property. The cane does this, but not the same degree. When people arrive on the property, the presa would in most cases go ahead to stop them. The cane is more likely to stand in front of you making sure youre safe. As for exercise both need a few walks a day. The cane does get bored faster and need a little more mental training. The cane is the taller of the two whereas the presa are in general heavier. Both extremely powerful breeds. This is just based on my experience of the two breeds.

Presa Canario is a very intelligent and much more athletic dog. Presa is very independent and will push your patience to the limit. They can be very stubborn and will try to dominate you. They are very loving, but they seem to think they are a lapdog and not an 8 stone monster. Overall, it's the best dog I've ever owned.

I have raised two GSD over the years, they are wonderful companion dogs. But, my dogs never needed their nails filed, and they were house dogs. 10:19 However, they do shed like crazy vacuuming your house frequently is a neccessity, but worth it

we have a female cane corso and she's friendly but always watching

I care for a 4 month old cane corso and he is a handful, to say the least. I make him sit and stay when I serve him food and it's amazing. The problem is he gets excited when he sees people and jumps all over them, so I just have to keep on working with him. He has learned to respect 2 of my 3 cats...the hard way. Other than that he's a real sweetheart. My vet says they're just like kids, some learn faster than others. Just have to let them know who's the boss!!!😊

Had a gorgeous Presa Canario, she was so protective but so sensible the way she protected, she was so loving and an angel, got a Cane Corso, he’s very protective, he’s a gorgeous boy a big softy too, both very intelligent
