I’m making the same thing and the first one worked great it the second is falling apart, the first I spray painted and painted before it dried, the second I waited, could that be the reason it broke? Was there anything you applied to keep it from coming apart like adhesive spray?

It turned out so cute. I went and bought fake white roses and had my kids paint them with some red and the I bought a real red and white rose for the smell and made an awesome Bouquet with the card rose in the middle for the directors of my kids school doing Alice and Wonderland Theatre.

I've built a set of my own a couple years back. Soldering was a pain in the crack. You gotta clean the surface very thoroughly and use either flux or Kalmopyrin for the solder to stick. But I think the problem is the pliers absorbing the heat from the iron, so the pieces don't get heated enough.
