When I started using this method I made the mistake of not putting down the Baking Soda first. Then the glue followed by more Baking Soda and a final covering of glue. It's important to do it like you did. Great job.

oh be very careful with super glue, its very sticky

Waste of time. Acid flux. No need to make it - dirt cheap.

This is a terrible idea. Even in your video this does not work. When the acid residue goes under the insulation, it WILL corrode the wires. You should use no-clean flux, much safer and no corrosion, and it actually works. The type of acidic flux you're trying to make is also wrong. You should use muriatic acid (HCl) and dissolve Zinc in it, no salt or any garbage needed. Dissolve as much Zinc as it will take and then a bit more until you have an undissolved piece of Zinc at the bottom. ZnCl is the salt solution that forms and it is great for soldering, but again, it is corrosive, not good for wires.
