It wont necessarily damage the engine but its going to make it even more lean, idk if that means it can cause excessive wear but its recommended to get a tune, i dont have one and its running fine the low rpms are just rly bad and it barely ever backfires cuz of how lean it is but its not mandatory and if you rly want to get the exhaust either way

@@reiayanami6946 basically ya its not enjoyable but i dont ride in low rpms either way so its not as important to me as others

@@FriedaHamunyela-k4v it easily gets to 200, i wear a motocross helmet and it does it just fine, its not made for the highway tho, its 1 cylinder and it is insanely un-aerodynamic, its very uncomfortable to be at those speeds, but its a blast to wheelie and turn with, plus it has crazy accelaration to 100
