You can replace Gladiia in FC-6 with any other low cost operators with decent stats. I would like for him to give either dodge or defense ignore to all AH, or we can get a new hunter focus on arts that gives the AHs art damage. I know gladiia and spectral have arts damage but thats only on their skills/talent.

somehow the boss just poop black mist on my specter everytime so this tactic doesn't work
I love how you failing makes this tactic invalid. On Skadi 2nd deployment, just retreat her before she gets the boss down to half health
Boss poops on the op who hurts him most on clear tile then his HP drops every 25%, otherwise he poops on random op. So dont attack boss from mist.

In wave 2, if you've already cleared wave 2 in a separate run, you can activate a device that increase your ops stats significantly

Is there any incentive for clearing Ultimate Trial or it's just for flex like CC risk 19++?
I don't believe there is. You do get some event EXP for clearing it the first time, but you can clear the whole event "shop" with just missions alone
