Hello, I am interested in this building! I have questions: 1. Can I get insurance on this building? 2. Does it have a washer and dryer. 3. Is it winterized, where I can live in it year round?

Perhaps you could help. When the construction of the serviced area of this development there was damage done to my property which has taking some time to figure out the extent of the damages caused. I've had nothing but a run around trying to seek contact info and thus far no one with the city has returned my contact or gave myself the developers contact name. I realistically could end up causing possibly a halt in what you're doing until my damages are accessed at developers cost and all necessary reparations completed. If they move ahead now with further construction it will be difficult to prove who caused what. Seeing the same issues in the apartment building in Kelowna via the exact same cause really proved what I'd been trying to report. Please forward to the appropriate people and we can move forward from there. I'm talking about a whole sunroom of windows knocked out of secure frames and cracks in many walls in my home. Initially I list all of my main floor pictures o the wall as they came crashing down. I'm a person with a disability which makes navigation of a system bigger than me difficult. I've currently sought some legal help as to how to move forward. I didn't have the Health at the time to take this on. I will not get stuck with I believe to be likely over 100000 possibly much mote depending on whether I'm in a structurally safe home. I will I guess be forced to hire a great lawyer to get the appropriate resolution and fair treatment and renumeration in this situation You can contact me via here initially but would appreciate a correspondence in a timely manner. I'm well past upset and once again le down by our city councils I've dealt with. It was this ad that finally provided a connection spot to open the doors to proper communication and that what im legally entitled to. I'm not sure if my garagevwhich is closer to where the jackhammer were working and that needs an engineer to state it as well as my home are structurally sound.

Few people know the true peaceful feeling of Big White in the summer. No noise, no loud trucks or chainsaws howling. Just birds and silent standing buildings awaiting guests. There's a stillness that i struggle to describe as anything than perfect. I lived there 2000-01. Not many know of the tight community that place was. Love to all who were there!
