QF11 changed to evening departure from April 1. It doesn’t make sense. All other airlines depart around 9:30am

Amazing. I've noticed on some days QF11 departs in the evening but I never found out why. Nonetheless, glad we do have a night time Qantas A380 takeoff on schedule :)))

I remember back in the 2008-2012 days when Thai used to fly the A340-600 to Sydney, as well as Virgin Atlantic and Etihad. My uncle and I used to come at this very spot and at this hour, and, those were all followed by the A380s of Singapore and Qantas sometimes they all took off one after another. I'm glad they kept the same schedules for the flights, it works very well and its awesome for sight seeing.

Seriously, I cannot wait to come back to this view one day. Overseas has got me longing for it 😆
