G'day, in today's video I'm having another go at using the TLP Blues nand Greens. I wasn't happy with last week's effort so I thought i would try again. I will be doing another fork swipe to try to show case the colours.

2024 brought about new techniques, mixed media and experiments. Lots of art was created and I learnt heaps from my failures and successes. Lucia, I love this. Hon what consistency are your colours after you mix with the Taubmans? I’m struggling with this.
@@babygloriagetsomesleep3826 thanks so much. 💜💙 My consistency is thick. Like honey. When you stir it and create a mound. It should take about 4 seconds to disappear. Hope that helps. Did you watch the one a couple of weeks ago when I mixed the Pigments. If you mix the tube paints you don't need the Josonja Varnish just the Neutral base, so just 5ml of paint to 20ml of base and adjust accordingly as some paints are thicker than others.

Love Abalone! One of my faves. These are beautiful and lots of great cells and shimmer in there 😃
Lucia, Enamel options other than deco art Bergens door and trim - water based semi gloss. It’s thick and has the same consistency as the Deco art. And it’s $80 for 2 litres. Dont use a titanium white. The pigment is too overwhelming for pearls. I use monte marte ‘Chinese white’ instead of the artist loft. All artist loft is a low grade student paint with low grade pigments. You’ll get pearls. You’ll get so many pearls they take over !

Oh, lots of beauties in there! Some of the swipes were really cool and looked like they may have had cloud mix or ended up looking that way. Gorgeous bloom at 1:26; swipe at 2:12 -cloud mix?; dreamy one at 2:14; swipe with orange at 2:18 (LOVE - favorite! Is it for sale?); African lady with flowery head piece - beautiful; the swipes with what look like combed edges, all very nice! Happy new year to you. 🥂
